Tied for the congress majority, and with the runner-up for CP last two elections, even though they sit in the 3 spot, the IRF's elected official group is powerful (well, if you ignore the dictatorship).

The IRF lacks any plain voting drones, it just has a few inactives:

This makes the 17 person party a party of 15 active players.

Summary:
Mostly a normal party, they have a few inactives, but their vote counts show it, 13 votes last congressional & last PP, which is below active member count, so nothing very suspicious it seems.
