As the biggest party in eIreland, Eire Aonair has had it's share of presidents recently. EA also currently holds the most congress seats of any party, and is the party of the current dictator of eIreland, Slaugh.
The following players have been found to be inactive, but tend not to vote, so aren't voting drones:

And the following are mostly inactive, they login only a few times a month:

Summary:
While EA shows no voting drones, more than a third of the party is inactive, and if all of the inactives were removed right now they would be only the third or fourth biggest party. The 18 votes in the last congressional election match exactly to the number of active people in the party, 18.
