A Vision for the Liberty Advancement Party
The Liberty Advancement Party was born just one month ago, a product of the monthly ass-whoopin' America gives to Ajay/RGR.
Most times these newly liberated Parties go idle, a used up weapon on the political battlefield. The We The People Party stands as an example of what can be done with such a weapon after its primary goal is achieved. WTP took a couple months to get its bearings, but has grown to now standing solid in the Top Five and electing seven or more Congressmen every month. The WTP wasn't wasted, it was picked up and developed to become a fully credible and contributing factor to the wellness and security of America.
Today I ask you to envision today's Liberty Advancement Party as it can be in the tomorrows to come. I'd ask you to close your eyes for this vision, but then you'd miss out on the next couple important paragraphs.
Today I ask you to look at the LAP and see what it can become, how it might be developed to best serve all of America and its players.
Today I ask you to see Team LAP, a Party with a vision and mission statement unlike any other in the history of American politics.

Okay, so why the top pic depicting myself and Aramec, together instead of an image of just myself in a cool leadership pose? Because the Party, and our shared vision for it and its members, is so much bigger than either of us.
Early this morning Aramec and I, joined by TellUrGrlThx, had one hell of a brainstorming session in IRC. Once we started talking-- and better, listening-- we realized we share the same vision for the future of the LAP.
We very quickly realized that we are not two individuals in competition for one job, but two leaders working together to build a great team. Team LAP.
We've worked up an outline, a rough sketch, of an LAP in which every member counts.
An LAP that serves not only its members, but all of America in ways never before seen.
An LAP that'll revolutionize Party politics in America.
Much as I'm about to bust trying to keep details of our plan under wraps-- for now-- I understand that to be truly effective Aramec and myself still need to work together, and bring in a lot more people, to make our plan work.
Please suffice it to say that.. we are laying a foundation for the LAP which will serve America first and best.
The LAP of the future will be all about team building and personal development, learning to listen, to work together for a cause greater than the self or the Party.
But we do have an election at hand, here.. We have a form-based Primary to determine who will be the legitimate candidate for Party President in the in-game election come Friday. PM irule777 if you're in the LAP and didn't get it in your game mail!
Only one of us will hold the official title and position.
We are both well experienced and qualified for the job; we both want that job.
No matter which of us the job, though, we're already working on the future of the LAP and together we'll start putting that plan into action even before the in-game polls close.
