After months of torture under the hands of the French nation, the United Kingdom and her allies has hit back against this strong country, hoping to remove their Congress with an election coming tomorrow. With the battles on-going, the Ministry of Defence has asked soldiers to fight, while the ministry supplies them.

What Is Happening?
Due to the fact that Poland is holding most of France, and Slovenia also controls a few regions, ONE has decided that the UK should also take part in the attacks by attacking Brittany. If this attack is successful, France will go without a Congress for the first time in ages.


One week ago, Poland had control of many regions in France. This was due to a recent invasion to weaken the alliances EDEN and Terra. They had planned to weaken France but to more importantly steal resources from USA, who did have all different resources within their regions. Slovenia had helped Poland with the attacks but did not take over many regions, but did play a key role in splitting enemy forces.
Canada did intervene but did not get very far, and Poland suppressed the Canadian forces, causing them to fall down. Poland managed to take most regions however France obtained one important region, Brittany.
Poland was only one of two ONE nations able to attack Brittany but could not as they had their NE set to..., which meant that the UK had to step in to stop France having a chance of getting Congress. This was a perfect opportunity to show that the UK should not be messed with.

Attack on Brittany
The attack on Brittany was quickly thought about, and then ONE had to decide quickly to approve of the plan. With one day until the Congress elections, it was important to get the attack in straight away, and make it a priority if ONE was to wipe France.
After the UK declared France as an NE and voted on it in-game, the attack was launched at exactly 12:42(04:42 eRep Time). Although the battle was very important for the UK and the whole of ONE, the UK MoD did not supplying citizens until 13:00(05:00 eRep Time). This gave France an early lead in the battle, in all divisions except division 1. However, France's lead did not last for long, as the MoD started supplying and the UK got the lead in all divisions. France put up a tough fight, with millions of damage being done. But the UK managed to win division 1, just 1 hour and 31 minutes into the battle.


The Battle Hero for division one was 'Cygnus X1' with 141144, impressive for a division 1 player. But all soldiers who fought in division one should be congratulated as we won the division with a good gap between us and France.

Next to end was division 2. We won this quite easily, France only gathered 280 points in the battle. Thanks to the UK citizens, the battle ended only 4 minutes after division 1.


The Battle Hero did deal over 1,000,000 damage, and so did second in the division. This shows the power of the UK... and the hunger for Battle Hero medals. The Battle Hero was won by 'fm2008' who dealt 1,154,308 damage against France.

Division 3 and division 4 did last longer, adding a lot of tension to the battle. It was not known who would win these divisions as France came in near the end to put a major damage into these two divisions. But it was division 4, out of the two, to end first. This came 1 hour and 51 minutes after the start of the battle, and it was France who would come on top.


Despite losing, our Battle Hero, 'Sigfred Zachariasen', dealt a huge 5,819,198 damage! This was the most in the campaign so far, and the most done by this citizen in a campaign, even tough it was only battle 1.

Division 3 ended one minute later, and the UK got another victory.


This battle was well fought, so it came to no surprise that NWG would deal 4,097,028 damage. It's not the first time he has done that much damage for the UK.

This meant that the UK had an early 6-5 lead against France, with the possibility of winning the campaign and stopping France getting a Congress.

They Think It's All Over...
...But it's not! There could still be another 12 battles to go. We cannot let this slip. The UK is doing well, winning another 3 divisions when this article was being written. If you want to help, fight for the UK in Brittany now, or go onto the #MoD channel on the IRC to receive some weapons.
