This Article Will Self Destruct: Introduction to Missions

Day 2,138, 12:53 Published in USA Ireland by Mercurius100
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, ...

Missions serve a few different purposes in eRep. Some missions serve as a game tutorial for players just starting their eLives. Others serve to add an element of spontaneity to the gameplay so playing eRep isn't merely doing the exact same thing every single day. Plus they get players to spend more resources on the game so eRep can be a sustainable business.

For players, missions offer great opportunities to improve your eRep capabilities far beyond what is possible through normal daily clicking. Bonus stat increases, special items you can't get any other way, and some nice achievements to show off on your profile.

The question is which missions offer rewards worth really going after, which you can leave alone and will essentially complete themselves in time, and which to avoid because the cost is far more than the reward is worth.

So let's go over the different kinds of missions, highlighting those that are really good vs. those missions that no respectable agent would ever touch.

Mrs. Peel, we're needed.

Who needs Lana?

Missions for players starting out are the unofficial tutorial for eRep. Introducing different elements of the game to new players and nudging people towards what you need to do to develop your character's stats and abilities.

The full list of standard missions is on the eRep Wiki. That's definitely a great reference page to use as it shows what missions reward and what future missions will be unlocked next.

But you don't have to go out of your way to complete most missions. There's no time limit for completing missions, and there's no requirement that you ever complete all of them. Completing every mission doesn't unlock anything special, each just offers the listed reward.

Mission recommendations fall into 4 main groups:
-Missions that are really good and you should do immediately.
-Missions that you probably aren't ready to do and should wait on.
-Missions that you will likely complete in the normal course of playing eRep, but aren't worth doing immediately. Don't devote any time or resources to completing them.
-Missions that are such a waste of time and money that you should never do them, ever!

Note that you also will not necessarily get these missions in order, and you do not have to complete them in order.

Mission 1: Training Day

”Strength is important, train every day to increase it.”

Requirements: Train for the first time.

Rewards: +5 Strength, 2 Q6 Weapons

Commentary: Many players complete this mission without knowing about it beforehand. Training is the most important thing you will do in eRep, you want to make sure you do it once every single day, so starting out first thing is good. Q6 weapons as a reward are kinda lousy, you never really want to fight with less than Q7 weapons because you lose too much energy and too many fights are wasted when you don't defeat enemies quickly enough, but they are serviceable for completing some of the next missions. The Strength bonus is outstanding, once out of the tutorial levels you will long for the time you could get bonus strength for free. There's no cost at all to completing this mission, your energy will be recovered each time you level up and you will level up a lot when starting out.

Recommendation: Do it immediately!

To Complete: My Places->Training Grounds (the second icon on the My Places page), make sure the Training Ground is selected and hit Train.

Make sure afterwards to click on the mission to complete it and unlock the subsequent mission.

Mission 2: First Steps in Battle

”Increase your military rank by fighting on the battle field!”

Requirements: Achieve the rank of Private, plus restore 100 health in one day.

Rewards: 10 Q5 Food.

Commentary: Introducing the most basic of fighting, and recovering energy after fighting. This is another one you might complete without actually knowing you are doing a mission. If you completed the first mission those Q6 weapons can be used here so you don't have to buy your own weapons. You should never have to buy your own weapons in eRep, you can get them for free. If you buy weapons here you will lose money on this mission. You may also have to get some food to recover your energy. Never use gold to recover your energy, it's a huge waste of money. Don't use Energy Bars to recover your energy here, they should be saved for really important battles when you can't use any more food. And don't buy food, you should take advantage of the free food programs specifically provided to supply new players. You want to save every penny for investments that help develop your character. The lousy reward for this mission doesn't do anything for your character.

Recommendation: Don't go out of your way to do this mission. You will complete it just by playing normally either on Day 1 or 2 of your eLife. Trying to complete this mission immediately will cost you money.

To Complete: For the ranking up requirement, fighting in any battle will do. The easiest way to do this is to go to Fight in the Campaign of the Day listed on the front eRep page (to get to the main page click the little house icon in the top left, or go back to erepublik.com when logged in, or log in again).

That will take you to the battlefield page.

Before just clicking the Fight button, make sure you have the weapons equipped that you want. Switch weapons using the button with the arrows by your weapon. Use the Q6 weapons you got from Mission 1, or if you already are a member of a Military Unit and they have supplied you Q7 weapons equip those. Don't use any bazookas, you need to save them for really important fights. Most importantly, never fight without weapons (known as fighting bare-handed). Trying to win a gunfight with your bare hands is expensive, severely hurts your character's development, and just looks dumb.

Once properly equipped, start clicking Fight. You will rank up far beyond Private very easily.

Requirement #2 is recovering 100 energy in one day. That's your full pool of energy at Level 1, though your energy pool will rapidly expand as you level up. There's two good ways to recover energy when starting out.

1) Every time you level up your energy will be fully refilled. Leveling up is really easy for new players, you'll hit Level 2 with just 10 XP. Some new players get as high as Level 20 on their first day, that's the official end point for the introductory levels. Below Level 20 you should find you rarely if ever have to recover your energy manually. But if you do want/need to recover energy manually, …

2) Use food to recover your energy. Don't buy food when you are in the low levels, it's free from multiple assistance programs. Delivery may take a few hours, so waiting until Day 2 to recover your energy and finish this mission is common.

You don't have to complete all parts of a mission in one day unless the mission specifically requires it, and this one doesn't. You can check your progress on any mission at any time by clicking on that mission's icon.

You can see if you've received a donation of food by checking your alerts.

Plus you can check your inventory for your stock of food and all other items. My Places, then the third icon from the left for your Storage.

Once you have your food, and if you have energy that needs to be recovered, you will see this blue button on the left.

Click it and you will eat your food until either you are full (you have recovered as much energy as you are able) or you run out of food.

Make sure the button is blue and shows food on it.

If the button is gray, that means either 1) You have max energy already, or 2) You have already recovered as much energy as you can for now and you have to wait for the cooldown timer below the eat button before you can recover more energy.

If the button is orange it will show an Energy Bar. Either you have no more food or you cannot recover more energy with food without waiting out the cooldown timer. If you wanted to eat an Energy Bar to recover energy this is how you would do it. But you don't want to eat your Energy Bars unless it's a really important battle.

If the button is any other color or shows anything other than food then that's not how you want to recover energy. Food is always the cheapest source of energy, and for new players it's free. Always use food to recover energy.

It's really easy to rank up to Private, and to use up (and recover) 100 energy in a day in the process of ranking up. Watching out for what weapons you are using and making sure you use food to recover your energy are what's important. Doing those two things will complete this mission without trying and will keep you on the right developmental track.

Mission 3: A Future Hero

”Fight until you defeat your enemies to help your country.”

Requirements: Defeat 5 enemies.

Rewards: +2 XP, 3 Q6 Weapons

Commentary: This is basically the same as Mission 2. You may almost finishing this just working towards Mission 2. Rewards are again lousy Q6 Weapons instead of Q7s, but there's future missions where they will again be useful.

Recommendation: Same as Mission 2, just playing the game normally will complete this mission without trying. No need to go out of your way to complete it right away, and definitely not worth spending any extra resources towards completing it.

To Complete: Pick up where you left off fighting in Mission 2. Again this doesn't have to all be done in one day. Again don't waste money buying weapons for this, either use your previous mission rewards or get weapons from your Military Unit. Defeating 5 enemies should level you up 1-2 times, refilling your energy so you can fight more.

Mission 4: First Paycheck

”Work day after day to increase your wealth.”

Requirements: Get a job, plus work at your job.

Rewards: +2 XP

Commentary: Wow that's an awful reward for a mission. But getting a job and working is important on its own, and your earnings from working are a plenty good reward on their own.

Recommendation: Do it immediately!

To Complete: First you need to get a job. Go to the Market menu and choose Job Market. There you will see all the open job positions in the country with the best-paying offers on top. Take the best paying job. Now we need to work at that new job. Go to My Places to see the job you just took, and click the Work button. Job done for today, salary earned, and mission completed.

Mission 5: Daily Task

”Dedicated players get rewards every day”

Requirements: Complete the Daily Task.

Rewards: +5 Strength, +5 XP

Commentary: That's a nice reward for a really easy mission. Your Daily Task is just to Train and to Work each day. So Mission 1 and Mission 4 did all the hard work, this one will literally take one click.

Recommendation: Do it immediately!

To Complete: Once you have Trained and Worked today (completing Missions 1 and 4 would take care of them) on the main eRep page you will see a Daily Task box. Since you've completed the Daily Task already you now can click the green button to collect your Daily Tasks reward. The reward is available every day if you Work and Train, +1 Strength and +1 XP each day, or +5 Strength and +5 XP if you've done your Daily Task 5 days in a row. Collecting your first Daily Task reward completes this mission.

Mission 6: Leveling Up

”Fighting is a good way of earning Experience points and advancing to a higher level”

Requirements: Reach Level 5.

Rewards: +1000 Storage

Commentary: Nice reward. But this mission is just to play the game. You might hit this or be close once you've completed the previous missions. If not you will get there quickly without having to do anything other than play the game.

Recommendation: Ignore the mission, it'll complete itself from just normal gameplay. Any extra resources you spend to complete this faster are a waste. Let it come to you.

To Complete: Reach Level 5. Training, Working, getting your Daily Tasks bonus, and Fighting all earn XP. You don't need much XP to get to Level 5. Just play the game.

Mission 7: Join the Army

”The army is about being united and fighting where your country needs you.”

Requirements: Join any Military Unit

Rewards: +3 XP, 3 Q6 Weapons

Commentary: An easy mission to complete that minimizes what is one of the most important decisions you will make in eRep. Military Units (usually called MUs) are eRep's guilds, they are hubs for the eRep community and are huge for the social aspect of the game. eRep being a social strategy game, joining the community that is right for you is big. MUs are also who will supply you to fight (you don't want to pay for something that is available for free) so picking the one that is right for you is doubly important.

Recommendation: Do your research before choosing which MU to join. Yes you can leave a MU right after joining, but you need to be in a MU to complete future missions, and if you start out with a MU that doesn't give you what you need you will have set yourself back.

To Complete: There's a lot of MUs out there, and you need to find the one that is best for you.

Here's the rankings for the leaders in damage, that's a good place to start in narrowing down the field. Though bigger doesn't always mean they provide better support for their low-level members, a little poking around can find you many good smaller MUs that might be better fits for you.

Click on the MU links to go to each MU's in-game page. Each has a brief description about the MU. Some have links to further information worth reading. Note that some MUs are open to everybody while others are specifically for certain levels (low, middle, high, and various combinations) so you want to limit your choices for now to MUs made to work with low-level players. Also note that some MUs you need to fill out an application and they will send you an invite while others are open to anybody who clicks the Join button on their MU page.

To really do your due diligence on MUs, send some messages to the Commanders of some of the MUs that interest you. COs absolutely love talking about their MUs and will give you all the information you could ever want to make an informed decision on which MU is right for you.

Once you've decided on the MU that's right for you, if your MU is open for anybody to join then go to the MU's page and click Join. If the MU isn't open for just anybody to join, ask one of the MU's officers to send you an invitation. Once you've either clicked Join or have accepted an invite the mission will be completed.

Remember that future missions require you to be a member of a MU, and some will be very difficult if you aren't in a really good MU that provides good supplies. eRep can also be really lousy if you aren't in a MU with a good community.

Mission 8: Full Membership

”Defeating enemies will help you become a full member”

Requirements: Acquire full membership in a Military Unit

Rewards: 1 Energy Bar, 3 Q6 Weapons

Commentary: Every MU that is open to and made for low-level players has the same basic requirements for full membership. You need to defeat 10 enemies in a battle. The Energy Bar is a nice reward. Q6 weapons, meh. But this is another mission that you will complete just by playing normally.

Recommendation: Just focus on playing the game normally and you will complete this mission. Don't spend any extra resources to complete it immediately. Just let it happen.

To Complete: To complete this mission you really need someone supplying you. Your Q6 Weapons you got from other missions just aren't enough. You could buy your own weapons (and food), or use Bazookas and Energy Bars, but the point is to come out ahead and complete the mission for less than you have to spend. So as a member of your Military Unit, use their process for requesting supplies or ask one of your superior officers how you can start receiving supplies. Also make sure you are requesting and receiving food daily from either your MU or from public assistance programs, you may need it for this mission and you definitely need it if you want to do future missions.

If you've got supplies set up, just playing normally will see you defeating more than 10 enemies, completing this mission in the process.

Mission 9: Every Day Job

”Work and train every day so your country can rely on you.”

Requirements: Train for 2 days, and Work for 2 days.

Rewards: +5 XP, 200 Currency.

Commentary: 200 Country Currency (cc) is a really sweet reward for such an easy mission. Training and Working are the fundamentals of eRep, you make money and grow your abilities anyway by doing these Daily Tasks.

Recommendation: Do it immediately! This mission will take two days no matter what, but you benefit a lot from completing it on Day 2.

To Complete: You should Train and Work (and get your Daily Tasks reward) every day anyway, and if you do this mission will complete itself.

Mission 10: Refill Your Inventory

”Need more Products? Go to the marketplace!”

Requirements: Buy 10 food, plus buy 5 weapons.

Rewards: +1000 Storage, 5 Q5 Weapons.

Commentary: This is really annoying. As annoying as reminding you that you shouldn't ever buy stuff with your own funds, you should get it all for free. The reward of Storage space is nice, but Q5 Weapons are lame. If you want to complete this mission you will have to burn some of your own funds. You can minimize the expense, but there will be some cost.

Recommendation: Don't bother doing it! Not at all! Eventually you will have need to buy some stuff for yourself and this mission will complete itself. Your purchases carry over for this mission, so a couple tiny purchases on different days will add together to complete the mission.

To Complete: If you insist on working to specifically complete this mission right away, you can at least minimize what you have to spend on it.

First we need to go to the Marketplace, available from the Market menu.

If and only if you are buying items just to complete this mission, you want the cheapest items available. Quality doesn't matter for completing this mission.

So click the food button, then select Q1 food (the very left type of Food).

Buy 10 Q1 food at the cheapest price you can get.

After buying your food, press the Change button to change items, select Weapons, then select Q1 Weapons (again the very left type of Weapons).

We're buying Weapons not for us to fight with but just to be a cheap mission completer. That's the only reason we would buy Q1 weapons. We would never actually fight with Q1 Weapons, they are a joke in actual combat.

Buy 5 Q1 Weapons for the cheapest price you can get. With the 10 Q1 Food the mission will complete.

Later if you want to recoup much of your expenses you can resell your Q1 Food and Weapons. You'll likely lose money from taxes, but it will be a small loss. You can also sell the Q5 Weapons this mission awards and you might come out with a tiny profit. Selling items is outside the scope of these missions, but you can find info on selling items on the eRep Wiki.

But this mission will probably complete itself in time without you needing to burn money on it if you just let it sit and wait for it.

Mission 11: Complete Your Orders

”The army is about being united and fighting where your country needs you.”

Requirements: Complete your Military Unit's Daily Order

Rewards: 10 Q5 Food

Commentary: Every MU's Daily Order (often referred to as the DO) is structured the same. Your MU will set one battle as the place to fight for the day (or until the battle is over, or the MU Commander switches to a different battle). On your main eRep page you will have a Daily Order box where you can see which battle you are being directed to fight in. The Daily Order is to defeat 25 enemies in that battle.

If you are getting Weapons and Food free from your MU and/or public assistance programs, and you can defeat enemies easily enough with those supplies (3-4 fights and 30-40 energy per kill on average) then you always want to complete your Daily Order.

Do 25 kills towards the Daily Order and go back to the main eRep page and you can collect a really great reward for completing the DO each day. You will get an Energy Bar and 5 Bazooka Parts each day you complete the DO. That is an awesome reward. So you want to complete the DO lots.

Except, if you have trouble defeating enemies. If it's taking you 5+ fights per kill then either your Weapons are too low in quality (Q7s FTW!), or your Strength is much too low and you should take a few days off from fighting to allow your Strength to rise. The worst thing you can do for your stats is to get less than 25 kills towards the DO each day. You want either exactly 25 (don't go over, save damage for next time) or exactly 0.

Recommendation: Doing the Daily Order (when you are able) is how you fight in eRep. The DO rewards are spectacular. Every day you can, complete the DO and get your rewards. This mission will complete itself when you do, you don't have to focus any additional effort on getting it done.

To Complete: Killing 25 enemies in the battle the Daily Order points to, and collecting the DO rewards from the main eRep page completes your Daily Order for the day. The first time you do so you will also complete this mission. The mission's reward is awful compared to the DO's reward though, so completing the DO daily (who would've guessed it was meant to be a daily thing?) is what is really important.

Mission 12: Rank Up

”Fight every day to increase your rank”

Requirements: Achieve military rank of Sergeant.

Rewards: 1 Energy Bar

Commentary: An Energy Bar is a nice reward for a mission. But it isn't something you need Day 1, and it isn't worth spending a ton of resources to get it when you will earn it quickly just by fighting normally.

Recommendation: Let the mission complete itself.

To Complete: If you are getting and using all the free Weapon and Food supplies that are available to you, and you are fighting well enough to easily complete the Daily Order, this mission will be done easily without you actually trying to complete it. Free Energy Bar, no additional work required!

Mission 13: Become an Adult

”The stronger you are, the higher your damage will be”

Requirements: Reach 50 Strength.

Rewards: +10 Strength

Commentary: This is the most important mission for your character's development. First, becoming an Adult Citizen unlocks just about every feature in game that you can't use as a Youth. Second, your Strength stat is by far the most important and useful for growing your character into a battlefield beast.

But there really is no reason to rush to complete this mission. Between Training every day, your Daily Tasks reward each day, and rewards from earlier missions your Strength will hit 50 very quickly.

It is more important to not spend money to increase your Strength faster. There are other things to do with your money that will increase your Strength faster than using the Training Grounds that cost Gold to use. You want every bit of Gold and USD for those investments, which will be unlocked for you shortly. If you spend your Gold or USD now for a few extra points of Strength today you will cost yourself the opportunity later to earn massive amounts of Strength points much faster.

Recommendation: Be patient, let the mission complete itself, and keep that money saved up in the bank. There's reasons you need a couple days in eRep before you can unlock these features. Mostly it's because if you don't know what you are doing you can blow all your money very quickly. I know you wouldn't flush all your money down the toilet, you are smart enough to be reading this textbook on how to play eRep. But plenty of players do go wild and go broke. Let their mistakes serve as a cautionary tale.

To Complete: This mission takes multiple days to complete no matter what you do. It's doable in 6 days without spending a penny if you Train every day and get your Daily Tasks bonus. Don't spend a penny on Training for extra Strength points just to complete this.

Mission 14: Start Production

”Work in your companies to produce stock so that you can fight more.”

Requirements: Work in your own Companies.

Rewards: 1 Iron Mine

Commentary: In a previous article we talked about investing in eRep. One of the big points from that article is that Companies are going to lose you money unless you devote serious time and research into finding the specific industry and product to invest in. You don't just start up a business on a whim in real life and make money. eRep business is exactly the same.

So there are two traps in this mission. The first is how easy it is to complete the mission without realizing what you are actually doing. You start out with a Q1 Food company and multiple Food Raw Material companies to supply the Food Raw Materials that the Q1 Food company needs. You have everything you need to run a complete Food business from farm to dinner table, with the purpose of being “self-sufficient” and supplying your own Food.

The idea of running a complex business just to be self-sufficient is really dumb.

How much is that Food really costing? You use energy to work at your companies, which costs more Food to recover. That energy you spent on making Food for yourself means you now have less energy for fighting. To be “self-sufficient” you just cost yourself a bunch of fights and a lot of damage. And how much is making that Food costing you? You pay a bunch of taxes for each of your own Companies that you work for even if you are producing for your own consumption, the mission doesn't mention that. If you want to sell what you produce you will pay even more in taxes. And you haven't even gotten into hiring employees yet.

So are you actually making money or losing money producing Food for yourself? I have no clue. You have to do a lot of research and some math to figure that out, and all those factors are constantly changing as business conditions change. So do you really want to throw money into these Companies on a whim then push a button that for all you know will flush all your money down the toilet?

But wait, it gets worse. Remember that you can get Food for free! No spending your own money. No using up any energy. No wasting any fights or damage. Free Food! So why would you ever spend your own money and energy to produce your own Food? Maybe later once you've done the math and figured out how to make money by selling Food you produce. But producing it for your own consumption? No thanks. Pass the free Food please.

Trap #2 of this mission is the Iron Mine. That's a Company that produces Weapons Raw Materials. Not Weapons, but the raw materials that a Weapons company would use. You don't have a Weapons company. You aren't going to go out and buy a Weapons company on a whim without doing extensive research on if it's profitable. Hint: it's extremely unprofitable unless you have a ludicrous amount of Gold to invest. But the game is giving you a Weapons Raw Materials company, so most new players go out and spend all their Gold to buy a Weapons company to pair with it. Because the game is telling you to do something doesn't make it a good business decision. Do your own research and make your own decisions. Don't blow all your money on a whim just because the game would like you to.

Recommendation: I'm sure that at some point you will find a time to work once at one of your Companies. But don't do it on a whim just to complete this mission. It will complete itself when you are knowledgeable and ready for the world of business. In the meantime you aren't missing anything, in fact you are protecting yourself from the temptation to throw away your entire savings.

To Complete: If you absolutely must complete this mission today, going to the My Places page shows your Companies. Selecting just one Food Raw Material company (any one, no need to flush money down 4 toilets at once) and clicking the bottom Work button will complete the mission. Selling the Food Raw Materials you produced can then recoup some of the money you lost to taxes.

Mission 16: First Weapon Factory

”It's easier to take down enemies when you have weapons rather than fighting with your bare hands.”

Requirements: Own 1 Weapons Factory

Rewards: 500 Weapon Raw Materials

Commentary: Please don't make me repeat that rant about Companies again. What is dumb for Food is even dumber for Weapons for all the same reasons. And for this you actually have to buy the Weapons company. And you will either have to buy Weapon Raw Materials daily to run your Weapons company or you have to buy more Weapons Raw Materials companies. And you would be buying a Q1 Weapons company, and fighting with Q1 Weapons is like taking on a tank with a toothpick.

Recommendation: I have never competed this mission. Every day I look at the little mission icon and smile knowing I saved a boatload of money not doing this mission, and my character is so much better off because of it.

To Complete: If you did this mission before reading this article, sell your Weapons company to somebody else who doesn't know better. Select Companies for Sale under the Market menu. There's still plenty of people who think doing this mission is a good idea, you should be able to get almost all of your money back.

Mission 142: Duel Time!

”A duel with Plato, Lana or The Headless Chicken will be possible after every 25 opponents you defeat in one battle!”

Requirements: Defeat Plato 5 times in battle, plus defeat Lana 5 times, plus defeat the headless chicken 5 times.

Rewards: +50 Strength, 5 Bazooka Boosters, 5 Battle Hero Rockets

Commentary: Crazy mission numbers, crazy mission requirements, and crazy mission rewards! Check the eRep Wiki if you want to know who these people (and chicken) are. The description says you need to do 25 kills before one will appear, but they will appear randomly with fewer kills too. Probably still averages 25 kills between appearances.

Recommendation: Definitely don't try and do this mission in one day, that's at least 15 days worth of fights you need. Plus the targets require much more damage to defeat than normal enemies. You aren't meant to do this mission in just 1-2 days.

But if you take 15 days, doing your Daily Order every day with the weapons you are getting from your MU then you should chip away at this mission until it's done.

No need to invest any extra resources or do more than your 25 DO kills per day. Though if you keep some extra Bazookas or Q7 Weapons in storage you will avoid having one of the targets show up when you are out of Weapons.

To Complete: When one of the targets shows up as your opponent on the battlefield (any battlefield works), hit them with everything you've got. Keep track of your tallies by clicking the mission icon. With a bit of hard work in the trenches and a bit of patience you will be enjoying those sweet rewards in no time.

My name is Napoleon Solo.

So much better than Plato.

Still with me? Don't you go dying on me yet agent!

In addition to the tutorial missions for new players, eRep also brings out new special missions on a regular basis. Usually there's some narrative behind these missions that ties a bunch of them together.

These special missions are fantastic. They typically offer outstanding rewards, often items or bonuses that you can't get anywhere else.

These missions are typically very hard as well. To get the really good rewards takes a big investment even for players with top stats and equipment.

But unlike the tutorial missions these special missions have a time limit. Don't finish the mission in time and it disappears forever. No partial credit awarded.

So it's important to do a bit of mental math to determine how much completing each mission will cost you in money and supplies and compare that to the value you place on the mission reward. It's just as easy to flush money down the toilet on missions as it is with companies.

But how do you get details on all the missions in a set, with the requirements and rewards for each?

Look for articles like this one. Those players who complete special missions quickly and are wonderful, kind-hearted people will often act as scouts for the rest of us, gathering all the knowledge on special missions and sharing it through their newspapers.

With that kind of intel you will now know what each mission requires and what each mission rewards. Add in a bit of research on the eRep Wiki for items you aren't familiar with and you can figure out which missions you are capable of completing, and which missions the cost is worth the reward.

Just remember to get those missions done before the time runs out.

Should you be caught or killed, the Secretary will disavow all knowledge of your actions.

That was one heck of a long briefing.

But hopefully you now have an idea of which missions are worth targeting, which to set aside and allow them to complete themselves, and which are traps to be avoided.

Even better if you now can evaluate which missions are good on your own so you can take advantage of special missions in the future.

Remember that it's always your choice whether to take on a mission. Smart agents always take on the missions where the reward is worth the effort and the cost. Best to always avoid situations where you would be in over your head. Agents who take on the wrong missions typically end up as former agents.

Good luck out there, and remember to always watch your back.
