Third Times The Charm?

Greetings Nippon,

Same old song and dance, I'm running on the same principles as last month. If you would like to see my stances on most ministries I will provide links at the end of the article. However I have new plans for some of the ministries which I will list in this article.



First I want to start off on my main focuses this month. I have been a huge supporter of PANAM both behind door and very openly, I have pushed the hardest for it to be active both diplomatically and militarily, we have participated in a few RW operations and saw the resistance of Poitou for brothers in France. I will continue to support PANAM and push our activity to new heights in the alliance compared to previous ones. As the 3 month representative to this alliance I can and will do everything I can to make this possible.

On that note I will go onto the military, it will be completely and 100% restructured. We will be setting up a training Corp for new lower strength citizens, they will be supplied with food and taught how and when to attack/defend and encourage activity among these individuals.

We will be making the JIA mainstream to people who don't have exactly high nor extremely low strength. Lastly I plan to enact a state funded Elite Army exclusive to only high end strength citizens of Japan. Who will he top funded, this is the most cost effective way to get more bang for our buck. It will save us money and allow us to do bigger damage on the battlefield. This in my opinion has been overlooked for to long.

Now for the Minister of Domestic/Internal Affairs, I've always been a little confused as of late why they only seem to make articles informing citizens of legislation, battles, and other things. In my opinion the MoIA should be running government welfare programs, posting tutorials, and advertising these programs through the media. If elected I am proposing to make a separate department known as the Minister of Media, in this ministry they will be doing all that generic informing the MoIA was doing, however the will be conducting interviews with upcoming politicians and citizens, reporting international events, offer the public to ask the government questions and hopefully more things.

My qualifications to be president? I've been Minister of Foreign Affairs a total of four times for Japan. Minister of Defense for three, and representative to PANAM for three as well. I am most proud recently with my work with PANAM, I have succeded in pushing our government out of an eternal conflict with Romania that led to three if our regions being lost as well as countless gold wasted. During the crisis with the Brazil/South Korean MPP during this war I rapidly responded to it by talking within an hour of it's proposal to the Brazilian MoFA and had it voted down. Increased relations with France, Brazil, Turkey and brought us closer with the USA.

I am prepared to lead us into next month and I am certainly not afraid to make the hard decisions as I stressed last month. Let's move forward together and start rebuilding and making our nation great again.
