In the same week that Necros Xiaoban began working on his second month as Speaker of the House, the partisan-divided Congress begins a second Impeachment proceeding against Necros Xiaoban, who later declared candidacy for September POTUS, 2010.

He is being impeached because he doesn't think that the SoH position is anything more than a moderator.

Not partisan at all. The discussion to impeach him began before he announced his candidacy.

"The Code" was recently revised to reduce the legalese clutter, in some places oversimplifying to the point of being vague. The Old Code did outline the duties, perhaps one of these others will dig that out and post it here.

The Speaker of the House shall have any powers Congress has granted, as well and any deemed needed for smooth congressional discussion.
The Speaker shall appoint at least one Deputy Speaker and any other positions (s)he deems needed (including another Deputy and Whip).
I don't know... congressional discussion has been pretty smooth so far for me.

I threw this together in support of Necros Xiaoban's early morning article in which he made direct comparisons of the early RL Nazis to S.E.E.S.' own imagery and nomenclature. by the time I had my work completed, the Admins had already pulled |NX|'s article.
now today there are at least two new articles which evoke Nazi imagery through nomenclature to promote S.E.E.S. Party politics.
Headline: "A new fuhrer shall lead SEES to a 1000 year Reich"
Phrase: "Party Chancellor of SEES" (Chancellor? who has Party Chancellors?)
Graphic: shows the leader's title as Fuhrer, and Emerick Youth
Quote: "Chickensguys will be the Party President/ Das Führer"
Supporters' Comments: "hail the new fuhrer" "Chickensguys for SEES Fuhrer~!"
so... it's clear the imagery these players choose to use, and it's obviously not against the rules to do so. but pointing it out and drawing the obvious comparison to RL is, it gets your articles pulled. and these players can flaunt that their game manner and tactics perfectly mirror this RL example, but others cannot point this out.

I explained why this article went up at all. then the next day after Justice determined that articles can't compare SEES to Nazis there's articles by SEES people that do exactly that.. so I said so.
just disavow any knowledge or support for these guys and we'll all know they don't represent SEES, it's language and imagery.. otherwise it sure looks like they do. they're not just over-the-top fans and supporters, they are presenting themselves as the Future Leadership of SEES.

I understand not responding to every antagonizing troll remark, or refuting every piece of crap every detractor puts out. but these two articles are not those things, they're early campaign feelers, and don't slam SEES but express their desire to lead... and my point is that they use the same imagery and phrases which can be compared directly to the RL Nazi Party that SEES' detractors' articles are pulled for pointing out.
my only question is.. can even be.. does SEES now abandon and disavow all of this type of imagery and language, or does SEES continue to embrace the emulation of that RL political party? personally, I'd love to see an image makeover and maybe some tactical lightening up (just the bullying aspect) without changing the core values of world domination and strength through unity, etc.
