The German Union enters ATLANTIS

My dear Citizens, dear Citizens of the World !

Today the Austro-German Union was accepted as a passive member of ATLANTIS after several days of voting in the respective ATLANTIS member countries. This of course means a great deal to the people of the Austro-German Union. In the coming time there will be media outlets from both sides about how we shouldn't have joined. The German Congress voted on the issue of joining ATLANTIS or PEACE and ATLANTIS won 13 to 8. In my upcoming article I will explain to you and the world what gave us the reason to choose an alliance and why ATLANTIS was the decision of the most of the Congressmen.

Why the ESA Died

Most of the ATLANTIS nations know that the ESA is dead, sadly much of the citizenry does not understand why. The biggest problem was that PEACE GC didn't want anything to do with any ATLANTIS nations, this includes trading and cultural exchanging. Another major issue was that both sides wanted to split each other apart, with the Austria-German Union in the middle it caused a good deal of problems. The Austrian-German Union has respectfully recognized the importance of the ESA but has also noted the serious problems it now faces and why it cannot continue surviving.

One of the first initial goals of the ESA was to reduce war in Europe by bringing it's member states closer together, however with nations in ATLANTIS and PEACE constantly insulting one another and the consistent stench of war, it became nearly impossible to unite Europe on anything. In the end we believed that the ESA would become victim of being manipulated by one of the larger alliances and becoming a puppet, which is ultimately not what we wanted. There were people that attacked me and said, "You asked Atlantis countries about ESA? They're our enemies!", so I will ask you this, "How do you create a united European alliance when half of Europe is in another alliance?".

How PEACE GC Wanted the Austrian-German Union In Their Alliance

Originally the communicative relations between PEACE and the Austrian-German Union were friendly and it's true, there was a time I wanted our nation to join PEACE. However this was before the events in March, when PEACE GC showed their true face to the German Union. By March we saw that PEACE GC no longer helped us any issues that concerned PEACE and the AGU. We saw how Hungarian officials say things like, “Germany should give up regions.”, or, “A war with Germany is of course an option.”. We received a good deal of threats from PEACE GC such as, “Join us if you wanna live“ as well. These kind of threats are ridiculous and cannot be the basis of a friendly alliance, thus I cannot see why PEACE is the better choice. They choose to threaten us and force us to join through fear and manipulation instead of kindness and friendship.

Germany and Austria - a United Country a United People

We saw in the media some non-Austrians tried to split the Austrian-German Union. It's becoming blatantly obvious that the majority of these people are either from Italy or Hungary and they are obviously trying to TO the last region of Austria, Tyrol. Considering what is happening with Czech, Slovakia and Canada, it doesn't surprise me that the Hungarians are trying to do it to Austria as well. We expect that soon they will post articles titles, "Stopping the Anschluss!", or, "Austria Doesn't Want The Merge!". Well, now I want to say something to you.


Didn't you know that the USSR tried to do this to the German people before with the same tactics?

Didn't you know that you cannot split an united people?

You want to try the same thing that the USSR tried to do, create two German countries where one was on your side, a puppet. Let me tell you something, you will not succeed. You may create two German countries but you will never split the German People and our culture. The communist failed and so shall you.

Germany and Austria merged to the Austrian-German Union and I'll tell you what a wedding means :

To stay together in good times and even in hard times, so do you really think you will split us, only because we are going through hard times ? (with hard times I meant your threats)

People of Austria-Germany don’t worry when you see those trolls, those propagandists who want to split our United Country!

At Last, I ask for forgiveness,
Please, Austrian-German citizens forgive me that I was blind, blind from hate and the wish of revenge. That I even thought we should join PEACE was a big fault from me. That I ever trusted Quicksilver or the Hungarians was the biggest fault from me in my term.

Please, people of the World forgive me. For I broke my principals, the principals of the Austrian-Germans and the principals of my belief in God.
I was blind, I only saw my rage and my thirst of revenge.

Now we all see things clearly, that ATLANTIS is the only right decision for the Austrian-German Union.
