Rory_Winterbourne: Can you explain to the readers who the FSR are, what they stand for, and your position in the FSR?
clopoyaur: FSR is an organized group of friends that play e-Republik together and have fun together in this game. FSR stands for Force, Self-control, Respect and I am the leader of the group.

Rory_Winterbourne: How is this group linked to Romania?
clopoyaur: We are all from Romania, even if some of us live in different countries like Italy, Spain, USA, Canada and so on.

Rory_Winterbourne: How do you respond to the allegations that the FSR have PTO'ed South Korea?
clopoyaur: We came here for more than 6 months ago and as every citizen in E-Republik we have the right to occupy positions in congress and in presidency. Just because the group managed to get the congress and last month the presidency doesn’t mean we have PTOed SK.
As long as I have been president I did my best for South Korea, and served the country very well. By far better than the actual administration or the previous one (Grease) and excuse me for not being modest when I say that.
Wars with benefits for SK, MPPs, food give-away campaigns, strong-army, these were my group achievements. The current administration did none of those. Furthermore, the current administration launched a TW in which SK got nothing while our "partner" Japan got for free high grain and high iron.

Rory_Winterbourne: You seem to have a preference for a signing MPP's with Romania, do you think this makes people suspicious of your actions?
clopoyaur: Our country is involved in a TW with Japan where is fighting alone against Japan+4Mpps (among which USA, China or Bulgaria) and against ROC (Taiwan) who also has 2 MPPs (USA and China). There are 2 options: watch our nation lose region after region (because I suspect that current administrations wishes that) and in the end see South Korea wiped from the map or do something to prevent that.
Since my group is from Romania, is normal to have the best relations to this country. In the last 4 months Romania has helped SK in need many times and provided also many training possibilities when there was no war. Despite that according to the statistics made by Bogdan_l, Romania still is the strongest military force in E-Republik. Taking all these into consideration, an MPP with Romania is justified.

Rory_Winterbourne: There are deep divisions in the community, do you think these are irreversible? And is there anything you could do to help mend these relationships?
clopoyaur: As it was declared by me right in the first article when i was president and also a few days ago, I was and I am always open to collaborate with the other communities from SK, especially South Koreans. I have tried to speak with them, but I was like talking to a wall of nationalism. They don’t want to collaborate nor to accept any ideas. Either they control 100% or they do everything they could to sabotage us.
I want to think that there still is some brain left in there and all these energies consumed to fight each other could be better used for the development of South Korea
Still, my primary concern is South Korea, and if they think that by hurting me or my group they win a battle, they are wrong. I will continue to put my energy and faith for South Korea, even if they like it or not, even if I have to face their curses, blames, trolling and so on.
I am hard as a rock and my group also.

Rory_Winterbourne: Do you have any plans to run for CP again?
clopoyaur: Of course! Another term from rythemdj and this country could turn into ashes. What do you saw good made in his term besides the organization of SK Guard? I see nothing! A HUGE AND BIG NOTHING! We have stay relaxed too much!

Rory_Winterbourne: Last time you were CP you kept the money in the bank, do you think this has negatively affected the FSR?
clopoyaur: When I was CP I received absolutely nothing from Grease administration so I had to find solutions to govern the country, Therefore bank of South Korea was created and was used for governmental and country operations. Also at the end of my term, the rest of the money (unused from the country taxes) were send to the Three Legged Crow, the current administration bank. Maybe this was not understood very well by the Koreans who are still accusing us of different things. Still, I think we made what was right to do. I will not wine like the current administration that said it had no money with 700 gold and 10k KRW in his pockets. I started from zero money and governed a country at my best abilities. Of course, when you have opponents, they can always find something against. But that is a risk I have assumed.

Rory_Winterbourne: Do you have any questions you would like to ask the government?

clopoyaur: Why do you keep crying you don’t have money when 700 gold and thousands of KRW stay unused in your bank?
roland_up: As I have explained to him, and to people in the forum, and others, when we have just got into office, we have no money, no 700g either because Grease is inactive. A few days after that, we got Grease to return the money and the companies. At the time though, the KRW started to inflate to 0.017 at one stage. We don’t think we should allow them to make a profit of the money they printed using the MM and taken without authorisation by him. This is something he criticised grease for doing, and he is doing it again himself, and claimed the money belong to him. So we decide not to use the gold at that time under the advise from utoronto from his article. We think it is actually a good idea to store the gold in case of emergency; we can use it to print money, or stablise the currency on the gold side.
Also after the fiasco that resita2009 accused me of stealing from the bank, when I was using my money to distribute the food to the citizens in a food run I warned rythemdj that perhaps it is not such a good idea to use the gold because we cant basically stop people from speculating about what would happen if any of the gold went missing - especially after admin remove the donation history. So based on all of these reasons, we still ended up with the 700g we started with, most of the money we used so far are from private donation.

clopoyaur: Why in 23 days you wasn’t able to sign a single MPP for this country?
roland_up: Initially with the Romanian MPP and the training war together, we dont need another MPP. At that time, at the beginning especially, we have to deal with the mess that Clopoyaur left us, an unfinished swap with eROC. With no army at that time we had to negotiate with eROC on every move. That's why we are pretty close now, because our relationship has really blossom because of the attention we gave them.
So, basically, most of our attention are spend on closing this war that both side wanted, the whole swap completed after one whole month. After the swap ended, we were looking for a MPP with someone far away that will provided us with wars, so that we would be able to develop our army in the meantime. But, there were a number of Romanians criticised this suggestion and they wanted us to directly be involved in the battle.

And of course, after we pretty much begging for mercy for eROC's, we are of course not going to have TW with them. So, we decided to delay the MPP decision, because after the Japan TW is opened, we pretty much got all the war that is needed

clopoyaur: Why you started a training war that is so unfair for our country? Giving regions for free to Japan.
roland_up: I don’t see how it is unfair, it was the FSR who suggested we need to be directly involve in the war, and since we can't war with eROC again because we will get our butt kicked, and we can't war with eChina, because that is suicide, eJapan is a country that has good historical ties with us, and our relation has been improving since rythemdj took office. We got our fights, we lost nothing in term of productivities, how is this unfair? And no regions are given to Japan for free, the return of Gyeongsangnam and Gyeongsangbuk which cost them a lot of gold, but they returned the land back to us without us paying them a cent.

clopoyaur: Why do you keep trying to fight with us when you can work together with us?
roland_up: Cooperation is something that is based on trust, and trust is something that is built on continuous period of cooperation. The FSR has not earned our trust since they lost office, they continued to do things that we objected, for instance, they continued to bring in more foreigners for the sake of winning them election, they continued to claim the money in the Bank of South Korea is their and continued to spent them without our and congress's authorisation. As of now, these practices continue, and this is not the way to earn our trust.
