...The party's presidential elections are already behind us and now we should think of changing something and rebuilding the ruined community of Norway. We will try to get rid of the PTOers to make the country stronger and to strengthen our relationship with the friends of EDEN. Our tasks are not easy and their result is most important for all of us, but the success will come with the help of small steps plus constant and loyal believe, that we could change Norway's future. The time is not to be wasted, so lets start!...


Our last proposal for an initiative was accepted pretty well and many people wished to join and help. It was about the creation of a mentor program in Norway in order to have a nice opportunity to make the newcomers develop quicker and right and the most important - to prevent them from leaving because of the lack of experience. That is exactly what the country needs now - fresh filling of new players, ready to cooperate against the PTOers and who will make our military and economy much stronger. But there is a problem - those young reinforcements do not have enough funds to fight and work properly and they cannot understand everything about the game so they do some wrong turns. They are not able to join the community in the first place and they still feel difficulties to find friends and supporters. If they stay playing, they become great and valuable players, but most of them would leave before they even start building their eWorld.


What we propose is that some of the old and more experienced here could help the newcomers who need them with advises, explanations and food. The mentors' task will be to present the new ones to the community as well and to show them how to use the forum, the chat and the media module. The social structures are probably the best part of the game, so their usage should not be underestimated. If the newcomer needs food, he could receive it from the mentor, but this does not mean, that he will always be fed by him. Each mentor would have 3 "pupils" and he would "teach" them until they reach experience level 20, not any longer. However, volunteers will be given some funds, if they are not wealthy enough to give away food supplies and the most important quality that you need to be a mentor is the wish to help others.
