...The party's presidential elections are already behind us and now we should think of changing something and rebuilding the ruined community of Norway. We will try to get rid of the PTOers to make the country stronger and to strengthen our relationship with the friends of EDEN. Our tasks are not easy and their result is most important for all of us, but the success will come with the help of small steps plus constant and loyal believe, that we could change Norway's future. The time is not to be wasted, so lets start!...


Every new player needs some help to start the game right. There are many problems and difficulties for the newcomers, but it is hard for them to understand the basics of eRepublik. Some of the modules that were used to support the new ones in their struggle for joining the eLife have been ruined because of silly changes or because of Norway's dying social structures in result of the PTO. But the fresh reinforcements are more than welcome now. We need them, but they need us as well. So how could we be useful and how could we make them develop quicker?


One of the best solutions is to create a mentor program. However, the new players need food, sometimes money and weapons as well, but they are not able to start using eRepublik properly and soon enough without the help of an experienced mentor, who can explain to them everything they cannot get easily. He can donate funds and food too, but his main task will be to guide the newcomers and to be their first friend here. He should introduce them to the community, telling them to use the forum, chats and presenting the most well-known players, having the biggest influence for Norway. Once they build the relationship and the player learns what he needs, he can become a part of the mentor program too.


Using all of the eRepublik options can be complicated and we must show most of the basic moves, needed for a proper playing via educational articles. They can be made ready to be used by the mentors or just to be read by the newcomers themselves. Working, fighting and participating in the social structures would be first priority. The information about the current political situation and some basics about the world's alliances' positions and the most important wars is always important. Among that, the mentor should be able to help a couple of newborn ones to grow and should be able to do it well and constantly. Volunteers will be asked to organize the program, participating in it and advertising its usage and values. And the result will be the successful integration of all those who are not experienced enough to live on their own. Or with other words - a stronger Norway.
