Review of Presidential candidates elections Dec ‘13
Huey George
Introduction
Soon the citizenship of the eUK will cast their votes to decide who out of our Presidential candidates is the citizen we'd like to lead us as CP next term.
In this article I'll briefly review the candidates by giving them some positives and some negatives to hopefully help you inform your choice if as of yet you remain undecided. I'm not IRC active or particularly active on the eUK forums so this is mainly based on what I've glimpsed in the 'new world'.
I will also use this platform to carry out my party presidential duty to announce who the majority of the members of the Workers' Rights Party have decided to officially support as a result of our party discussions.
UPDATED SINCE INITIAL PUBLICATION to include some additional recent article releases by some of the candidates.
The Candidates and their supporting party/ies

Invalidation
*Unofficial but declared
The removal of the belief that everything involving the eUK is the responsibility of the current government
A stronger more independent Congress or conversely a less 'hands on' executive office
A more self-reliant based of citizens
Will struggle to unite the nation behind his leadership.
No details or plan of action on how this vision for the future will be achieved.
The changes he has outlined isn't necessarily something which the CP needs to concentrate on (anybody could be pushing this regardless of their role in society ),
Of course you can make you own mind up by reading his articles relating to his What makes the eUK? and Drawing a Line Under Reality articles.
*UPDATE: Additionally this article has been released The Essentials of Oral. An excellent approach to Foreign Affairs and Defence which improves upon the successes of past governments and strike-through part of one of my and probably turns it into a
ChewChewShoe (My personal choice)
Recognition that Government transparency is an important part of any fair community
Economic support to eUK citizens during times of discounts.
A plan for Government, cabinet, polices .etc. You may not like everything you read however you can be clear enough where he'll try to take us.
'A honours system'. No Gods, No Kings, Only Man has been a long standing belief of mine, all citizens are the same.
'An immigration committee.' Each individual member of Parliament (Congress) should have the knowledge and experience to act in the best interest of those they represent.
Government involvement in internal party politics, one word dangerous
Of course again you can make you own mind up by reading his articles Consilio-et-animis and Where eagles dare declaring intentions & government positions
*UPDATE: Additionally this article has been released Non Sibi Sed Patriae - Defence and Foreign Policies. An excellent approach to Foreign Affairs and Defence which improves upon the successes of past governments and another .

Workers' Right Party Support
ChewChewShoe only just attracted enough out-right support for the party to back him officially (62.5
😵. 'Who we would vote for' sparked a few fine discussions in the party with a number of supporters for both Invalidation and ChewChewShoe. As always with the Workers' Rights Party, our members will have the 'freedom' to cast their vote as they desire our official backing is just an indication of the majority will of the party. No monosyllabic chanting or 'three line whip' to tell our masses how to vote.

I hope you've found my review useful in informing your choice tomorrow and I'd encourage you if you have not done so already to read all the articles released by the Presidential candidates so far and to keep an eye on the media of the eUK for further CP candidate article releases and other CP campaign analysis. No doubt there will be more to come, which will help you further inform your decision on who is best to lead us as our next CP.
Also via this article you can find the details on how to attend a formal debate between the CP candidates.
Thanks for reading

Interesting points. I would have changed some of the plus in a minus and the other way round, but this is a nice overview on which citizens can decide who deserves their votes.
Voted & shouted!
Alice4CP
Invalidation/Alice/Malice/Susan's first three postitives are all the same thing and imo are negatives in a CP Campaign since we want the CP to actually do things himself.
Huey rightly points out that anyone could promote those things and doesn't need CP to do them.
I'm supporting a fellow DCer, as an eCanadian I don't give a toss who wins
Luckily nobody called "Alice" is running.
Nice article indeed,voted.
Very informative and well written article Huey George.Personnally if i am a member of and I was member of various parties in UK,like I said personnally I"ll be happy to see Chew Chew as CP/PM of UK!!!.Profesor Moriarty is experienced to,but he hadn"t been in UK all the time although he held several state roles, but I am not sure that he could make any changes in UK as Chew Chew I said before.Greetings from Australia. All the best on CP elections to Chew Chew my friend!!!.Let Australian son shine on you my friend Chew!!!.Voted,subed,shouted!!.
Clearly only that Atticus fellow has thought through his policies. ATTICUSQUATRECP
nice article, good luck to all candidates (except alice, I would like to say nothing personal but, y' know...)
Err... I don't...
Cool grudge.
well if you'd been in New Era whilst he was the 'media and leasons (I know I spelt it wrong) officer' you would have also recieved a message telling the people of New Era to take back their party (which was formed by Dapper who is part of the so called 'elite' who now run the party) every day or leave the party
I don't like holding grudges but, don't have much choice unfortunately
ok...who do i vote with?

I am not sure how this is a real race really. If Alice comes anywhere near 100 votes then it just shows how poor the other candidates are. For a good few months now Alice has been in complete 'Do Not Care, say what ever I want' mode which isn't really how you gear up to be CP.
It goes to show the lack of quality the biggest UK party has, and proves that they continue to push out they oldest... where is the new talent?
I love saying what I want, feels good! :3
don't you always say what you want? I cant imagine you holding your tongue
Most of the time ^__^
Does it feel as good as voting your own comments though?
No, not really...

Hi, I'm Goku Jones and if I think something then everyone does!
Oh sorry I'm wrong, all new players know that Invalidation has several alternate names.
Referring to your homophobic bullying of me actually, projecting your discriminatory attitude onto others doesn't make it OK.
No, I don't care if you are gay or trans or whatever.
I don't like the multiple alternate names, I find it weird. It was weird when Hannibal did it, it was weird when I did it, it was weird when Iain Keers started doing it on IRC. You have taken it to extremes and have like 3 names now.
Having little girl avatars is also creepy. It was creepy when you had the partially dressed one and it is creepy now you are roleplaying alice in wonderland. Being gay or trans has nothing to do with pretending to be a 10 year old girl?
If you don't care, it shouldn't creep you out. I'm not surprised you fancy me so much if you think I am a 10 year old girl.
I care about creepy roleplay in public, I don't care about sexual preferences. These are different things.
Yet you make numerous homophobic comments on articles, on the forum, on IRC and via bullying PMs. You specifically target and try to torment anyone who deviates from your narrow view of acceptable sexuality.
Yet your own sexuality is horrific and criminal...
I find it weird to have a Indiana Jones as an avatar...
You of course have screenshots of all of these things, like we have screenshots of you doing those things.

another quality article from Huey.
well produced and comes across as considered opinion.
lol'd at this : "[Invalid.] Will struggle to unite the nation behind his leadership."
Voted.
Lovely comparison.
good article
I wish all members of the eUK could be like Huey , his honest and fair and its time his should run for CP, he never takes part in the hate,or try's to wind people up , doesnt play one up man ship I have one thing to say
Next Month
Huey4CP !
honest and encouraging.
Next Month
Huey4CP !
Having had him on my team when I was CP, I know he could do the job well.
Thank you, Alan. I'd try to get you involved as part of my MoD though so be warned...
Thanks Carlini too \o/. I have to say it was a great experience working on your team when you were CP. I learnt lots and you are the CP in my mind that all need to 'live up' too. You set a very high standard.
Thank you, Commander Dapper \o/ I don't think there is a higher political complement than to say someone is a good candidate to lead this great country as it's Country President. I'm not sure about next month however it'd be something I'd like to try to do well. I'd also have to tackle a fair few 'negatives' in my approach however I'd also humble feel I have enough 'positives' to do a good job.
Kevin the Trivia Goat is the most qualified candidate to ever campaign for vCP (and I should know, I was vCP once)
as a fellow exvCP I have to agree!
I too was once vCP, and have to say that Kevin is at least as capable of performing the duties required of the role.
nice work, good to see the main topics of every candidate.
