Productivity change and Society Builder issue
Dear citizens,
Productivity changed
We wish to announce you that the productivity change was implemented. We have balanced the productivity by decreasing the difference between the productivity of new citizens compared to the old citizens. The reason for this is pretty obvious: new citizens were not being hired, because General Managers obtained profit only if they hired high skilled citizens. We’re happy to announce that you can now be profitable even if you hire “newbies”.
In the following days we will also start the next “minor” step in the process of improving the Economic Module: eliminating Professions and their levels. We will update the Insider when we will have a clear date and time when these changes will be applied.
This is just the beginning of a road with the goal of improving the economy of the New World. We will provide more details about this in the future Insiders.
Society builder medals
Some time ago we've found that, in some particular cases, the Society Builder Achievement was awarding more “medals” and treasure maps than normal. We've managed to locate all the accounts that were affected by this bug and we've retrieved the gold and the medals received.
We’re still investigating some loose ends; thus if you still encounter problems regarding this issue don’t hesitate to contact us.

In my case....I cannot collect GOLD from many of my invited players, including Moon. They don't appear invited by me. I still wait answer for my old (already) reported bug.

In V1 a skill 20.00 player had 5 times the productivity of a skill 4.00 worker. Ratio: 20 / 4 = 5
With V2-first_versione, the skill 20 worker was converted to a skill 11 worker (maybe 12). A skill 4 to a skill 6 player. Ratio 12 / 6 = 2
And now? Maybe you will stop when skill 12 worker = skill 6 worker?
New citizens can't find a job because EREPUBLIK RISING HAS BEEN A FAILURE, and up to 80% of citizens left, and companies closed.

This is great. I've been playing Erepublik for years. And all this time I've been improving my skills. Turns out it was all for nothing because a complete newbie earns nearly the same as I do.
I agree that newbies should be able to get a job too, but why did you have to make my hard work even more meaningless?

This is wrong, so i play and raise my skill for more than a year for what? Libraries will be closed coz who is crazy to improve his skill since he is not getting paid for it, and about new players, point is that you play and become better, not you came and admin make you better on damage of older players.
You ruined Q5 bakeries and also made big damage to Q4 bakeries, excellent move if we are joking. So who is crazy now to "improve" his bakery? Also happiness is now almost not worthy at all, everyone is rushing for wellness only. But i have solution
Why dont you make raw needed for all bakeries same and also productivity of workers in them or at least make difference smaller between people who work in Q1 and Q5 how much bread they produce. Everyone should make profit but of course those that have higher bakeries will have higher profit and people who have money will buy from them, those that dont have it will buy lower quality bread. Or limit number of breads being consumed not limit number of wellness received.
Also you should include happiness in battles, they can increase chance of hitting enemy or decreasing, depending do you have happiness 50 more or less. That will make breads that give happiness to be more concurrent on market and also marketing managers will be more equal in finding job with producers.
Also who dont have house should loose 10% of his wellness and happiness each day, it will improve buying houses not just to get wellness and happiness but also to prevent loosing these 10%.
These are just some of my ideas, maybe they are also wrong, but compared to your solutions they cant be worst

We all started from scratch, there's no reason it should be different now ... A beginner will produce soon as a player who was in this game for more than a year now, and on the battlefield it doesn't matter at all that I spent gold on Lana for months before V2...

EPIC FAIL. I love the way you are KILLING the game, admins. Have you seen the "increase" of players in the last weeks? And with no players, no stock consumption, no economy, no gold, no money for your accounts.

Only one modification about his ideas, taking into account houses are expensive, relate the decrease on wellness and happiness with the player leves, 0% till level 5, half percent of the level till level 15, and complete percent of the level ahead...
Oh, sorry, forget about it, these are good ideas from players and we know you hate good aideas, more if they come from players.

Well, I suggest that the more experienced players simply ditch their present accounts that have been weakened in this manner, transfer their gold, money and companies to friends and start afresh!
They will earn a lot at work either way. They will get 20-30 or so gold in gold maps within 2 months, have their assets back, then, they can then invite their old friends who will have given up their accounts in the meantime, get society builder medals and share the reward. Military skills can be achieved quickly too. Leveling up at higher levels is terribly slow. So, when you reach level 17-18 after a couple of months, do the same thing again, quit, start anew, collect your gold gifts, get rich and forget about useless levels above 20.
You won't repair this game.

Sorry admins, but you don't seem to bright on this one! It is quite normal that lvl 11 worker will produce 20 times more than lvl 1 or 2 worker! Just think about the time that lvl 11 skill player spent here on this EREBUGLIK! And now, you will even more lower salaries of those high skilled workers... And they were low almost since begining of this "RISING" FAIL !
Im sorry, but it is not normal that worker that has lvl 4 earns half of that player with lvl 12 earns...
You are failing big time...

there is only one law in this eWorld of ours ad that is that the process of degeneration is inevitable. The corresponding formula is D=BxF^2, B being the amount of bugs and exploits whereas F is the amount of failre coming from the admins. As every measure from their side has unforseen side-effects which will be noticed a while after the implementation of the new change the value F has to be squared in proportion. The number Pi may be added as a multiplicative factor for the chances are high of this insanity to become a vicious circle.
