So after about a year I enter the breach once more and descend into eRepublik madness.

What was I up to in that year?

Life.

Essentially, I completed my degree at university and have been in Japan for most of the year and spent some time visiting South Korea (the virtual Mecca for anyone who plays any number of competitive online games!) But it wasn't a holiday! Well the Korea trip was haha but Japan was all work.

While I was in Japan I spent the year assisting the teacher with teaching his students English, I even had a host family to stay with during my time. Its an experience I am not going to forget and I hope to return at some point down the track when my new career as a teacher allows me to!

I do feel guilty, however, I really should have at least posted a temporary farewell article. You guys have done a lot for me, even going as far as nominating me for the CP chair 3 times (4 times actually but my first time was struck down thanks to an eRepublik bug handing Alector an unopposed victory).

AHHHHHHHH DONT LET ME DO THAT! You guys almost made me go off on a tangent and talk about the old days! Naughty India!

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

A lot has changed for our country in the year I have been absent, but everything is pretty much the same.

We are still a small nation.

We are still full of heart.

We are still proud.

We are still Indian.

Stand up and stand tall India! JAI HIND!
