Here is the new Terms of Service.
Sweep the dirt under the carpet.
I think i have a right to have an opinion, so here comes my BestOf collection:
"7.1 You agree that we may, with or without cause, immediately terminate your user account and access to the eRepublik.com Service without prior notice at our sole discretion."

6.7.2 Content must be genuinely held (where they state opinions).

Dictators are always most afraid of questions... and publicity. Those who know that what they do is wrong, they just have a sickly urge to avoid any questions, because people would then know that they have no answers.

Well, admins are in God-mode, but I don't really understand your problem, that goes pretty much the same way in practically every game, every forum and every community site on the web.
Btw, 6.8.4. is a really stupid rule indeed. Both wars and business are to a certain extent based on misleading or deceiving others. If you sell a company you don't advertise it was turning unprofitable,but state you need the money elsewhere. If you plan a surprise attack, you don't write articles about it either. So it's pretty much a silly rule, how the admins will aplly it is an other questions though.
This saddens me...

Every person that was ever banned claims to be innocent. I think they've got their hands full and for the sake of manageability and efficiency their power has to be absolute.
