Join the new world

Remember the day, way back when...just us, the eUS, our cozy little continent...

Times sure have changed! We’ve seen the addition of Australia and even once-upon-a-time neutral Ireland to our family. Unfortunately, we’ve also seen some schism* lately too! But there’s happy news as well: the eGreece is considering joining our little family. And what was the pasty-party (Australia, Canada, Ireland, US...all we’re missing is eUK and we’ve got the pentumvirate** of englishness,) is rapidly becoming a global phenomena...

...of course there’s another global Brotherhood I can think of

I see a country accustomed to getting its way, tired of compromising with un-submissive Europeans. They’ve manufactured (with, let’s be fair, some help from the Poles,) an image of irreconcilable differences, and wrongdoing on the part of EDEN. At the same time they’ve managed to tap into a cultural binding that started when us and they liberated our homelands together—the Brolliance. Now we see this alliance beginning to grow, spanning three continents and two great oceans, with America at its heart.

And I think we should follow them.

As some of you may have noticed, I feel rather strongly about this whole titanium issue. As such, I’ve read lots of titanium related articles, and I’ve been extremely impressed with American comments. From high-falutin’s to joe-blows, Americans have shown themselves to be respectful of our national integrity, and open to whatever decision we might come to ourselves.

I believe it is America, with her Brolliance that will gather the momentum to lead us into V2, and not EDEN.

That being said, I think Jacobi’s sentiments to the Europeans of EDEN are right and honourable; we should seek to fulfil our alliance obligations to them and continue good and close relations for as long as they are interested in keeping them.
But it is this strange acronym-less alliance, Brolliance, which will be the future, at least for a time. Both for us and for others around the globe.
