I bring you news that the merger of Austria into Germany has begun:

This is to keep you informed as we must watch developments carefully. Germany has in recent times been a threat to our nation (in the eWorld), but of late such fears of German aggression had receded. Nonetheless if we look to IRL comparators, we know what happened next after Anschluß and we should therefore be wary (granted - Germany isn't currently dominated by right wing fascists - but once this process is completed every single eCzech region will be bordered by Germany and we will start to look rather vulnerable).
This merger is largely by majority consent and Germany has been an active partner in developing ESA - so I don't want to cause too much alarm. But clearly this is a major story in our neighbourhood and one we should watch very closely. As a citizen I would be keen to hear from our Presidential Candidates some indication of their strategic approach to this issue.

It´s very important information, but not dangerous. When I was MoFA, we did NAP with Germany. I know NAP is only piece of the paper, but we have also many partners who can help us... . We´re members of ESA and if Germany will attack us, I hope ESA will help us. Now most of German politics are peacefull peoples. But we should watch this informations carefully.
I´ve been watching this for a while and it seems that 2/3 of people voted yes in both countries. Germany is allso a member of ESA, so we don´t have to worry.
Don't have to worry? Maybe not, but to sleep well at night it is best to be prepared for any event.
I have many friends in Germany and they have told me the reasoning for this war. I trust their word and I have to inform you that for the time being this is an act that doesn't have to be feared. We must always keep our eyes on the actions of our neighbors but we must never jump the gun and assume fault.
Germany is leftist in foreign policy- CZ has nothing to worry about. Austria came to Germany and asked to merge, and as Radim said, we have a NAP. This merger is designed to mutually strengthen both nations in an effort to become a more viable power economically, domestically, and internationally.
