I saw this article from my friend depici and I understand what he's saying, from his point of view. I'm not in the government of Brazil this month and I'm not a Citizenship Comission Member this month, however, I believe I can clarify something.
我读过了我的朋友depici的文章，设身处地地讲，我理解他要表达的内容。本月我不是巴西内阁成员，也不是国籍委员会的成员。不过，我相信我还是可以澄清一些事情的。

In the last 6˜8 months, eBrazil passed through a quiet time, keeping 100% bonus almost all the time. That's the reason we receive at least 30 citizenship requests every day.
过去的六到八个月里，e巴西度过了一段平静的岁月，几乎全程保持百分之百资源加成，这也是我们每天都要收到至少30个国籍申请的原因。

A romenian citizen, called liviu2001 got his brazilian CS long time ago and he's trying to force a foreign party in the TOP 5. Obviously the romenian government don't agree with this kind of behavior, however, that's the price we pay to have full bonus, a lot of people trying to take advantage of it.
一个名唤liviu2001的罗马尼亚人，在很久以前弄到了他的巴西国籍，然后不断尝试让他的外国人党冲入五大党。罗马尼亚政府显然并不支持这种行为。这也是我们身负十全加成所付出的代价，许多许多人想从大锅里蹭饭。

Why CS is closed atm
为什么国籍申请被冻结了

In the last congress election we had a internal problem and the Citizenship Comission of eBrazil decided to close ALL citizenships for a while. Why?
在上届议会选举时，我们面临内政危机。巴西国籍委员会决定冻结一段时间所有的国籍申请。为什么呢？

eBrazil is maping all the foreigns with our citizenship to know how many of them are friendly and how many don't want to colaborate with our internal rules.
巴西正试图测算所有持有巴西国籍的外国人士，他们中有多少人是友好的，同时又有多少人并不愿意与我们的内政原则合作。

The decision was: "until we know how large is our problem, we wont give ANY citizenship". It does include CS for allies.

We are not being greedy, this is a safety action.
我们不是为了吃独食，而是一个基于国家安全的行动。

Please, be patient. We are not preventing "some people" to get in Brazil, we are blocking everybody atm. I don't think depici is a trouble for Brazil and I don't think that a lot of people are not a trouble for Brazil, but while the CS is still closed, it is closed for everybody.
所以，请耐心。我们并不是特地阻止“某些人”取得巴西国籍，而是拒绝了所有人。我并不觉得depici会给巴西带来麻烦，同时我也不会觉得别的人就不会给巴西带来麻烦。故此，巴西国籍申请被暂时冻结了，冻结所有人的所有申请。

Friends don't get privileges atm. If they're really friends, they'll understand that and they'll wait.
就算朋友，也无法得到特权。如果他们真是朋友，一定会理解我们的处境并耐心等待。
