MALTA - A Tale of the Quest for an eMalta

Dear eWorld citizens,



This is an update from the Maltese Mission, founded by Tommy Tommasino & Malta_1990 back in November and continuing to petition for the creation of an eMalta in eRepublik.

But where have we come since November?

- We now have a working public forums with many citizens from all over the eWorld having pledged to become eMaltese citizens once the country is created (as of February 09)
- We have savings to create the first companies in an eMalta
- We have 4 embassies in other countries forums (as of February 09)
- We continue to produce regular articles detailing our mission and continue to petition the admins.

First we'd like to thank you for voting up previous articles (especially in eItaly & eRomania where the response was fantastic!). But we also now need your continued support.



How can you help?

1. Join our forums HERE and get involved in the discussions on the future of a possible eMalta.

2. Pledge yourself to become an eMaltese citizen on the forums or below if you'd like to be involved of the setting up of a new country in the *hopefully* near future.

3. Happy where you are right now? Well you can still support us by voting up our articles, subscribing to our newspapers (of which there are currently 4 in circulation) or perhaps pledging to buy an export license to eMalta once the country is created.

Our pledge

We ourselves pledge to continue to petition for our beautiful country having representation in eRepublik and will endeavor to support and help out in any way we can other communities who are seeking their own countries (we do not wish to be selfish or pursue only our own interests). Due to the recent and continuing massive increase in membership on eRepublik, these countries are standing more and more chance of being created and becoming successful. Due to the work, time and publicity we are putting in prior to even an official mention of eMalta being created we are sure we can make a success of an eMalta.
