Is the eRepublik or mRepublik?

The Black Knights
Provisional Cadet Regiment

In my last article I made the suggestion that certain government departments should consider the sponsorship of a new combined regiment for Division 1 soldiers. My Congressional Gold has been donated once again to Easy Company, my hope is that it will help pay for another Cadet to attend the Military Fitness Academy; or that it will help support the new Training Regiment now being formed.

My constant ‘watch word’ is charity, giving makes all involved better; that is why I give my Congressional Gold to Easy Company’s MFA. My desire is to allow a young cadet to be as lucky as I have been, I want another American citizen to be able to flourish in the Easy Community; to become an Easy Company leader.

The reason I am bringing this up is to ask each and every American to reach in their pocket and donate to a cause, a military unit or a government program of your choice; even if it is 0.01 gold. Many of the WTP give their Congressional Gold to their party, a noble donation for without the party they would not be in Congress; I therefore thank my party for their support.

I donated to my Private Military Unit (PMU) because without PMUs America would be in trouble, when alliances look at America as a partner they look at our damage pure and simple; damage after all is King -or no? Easy Company is an elite unit, it is an elite community; all of which breeds elite citizens.

The most important thing to me as a Division 1 soldier is gaining strength. My Daily Routine is: I work, train and collect the Daily Bonus. I do not fight or vote (unless needed) to avoid the experience points. When I do fight it is when Easy Company needs the damage, such as the last tourney where we dominated the Leader Boards; CURRAHEE!

Currently I am Captain of the 3rd Tactical Command and as luck would have it I am also in Congress with We The People, so I do slightly more than the average citizen, like taking part on the eUSA Forums in the Public Congressional Proceedings forum discussion threads where discussion is actually discourage; where the ‘public’ is actually ‘pre-certified’ before their response will even show up -not much public in that.

I then check in over at the Screamin Eagle Forum, where I check the Daily Briefing and spam them with my musical taste and other oddities. I then use IceChat 9 to join Rizon.net, where I check the weather -.w- in my party channel (#wtp), grab a quick breakfast -.food- and a drink -.beer- from @bartender and swing by to check Easy Company Daily Orders at #EZCOrders.

A World within a World

One of the biggest parts of eRepublik is pretending, I pretend to be a powerless loud mouth know it all; although sometimes I astonish myself with my brilliance. Citizens come here with the expectations of a brave new world, to build a company and acquire millions in ‘pretend’ gold. To build ‘pretend’ armies to conquer the world and impose their will on ‘pretend’ enemies, instead what they get is a ‘meta game’ outside eRepublik. A ‘meta game’ controlled by a ‘clique’ of ‘old guard’ citizens -many of whom barely login the game- who have nothing good to say about anything or anyone; who constantly tell all who will listen that eRepublik is dying and that they should stop playing, or through the Operation Retread Program simply start over.

Citizens come here to escape, escape the boss who is a twit or the 5-year-old who keeps saying, ‘Why not!’ If America expects to retain any new citizens gained through the eNASA program the citizens populating our government can not continually belittle citizens and the game, you don’t invite citizens into you home and then belittle them the whole time; instead of telling them how worthless their damage is -help them build their strength and their damage. Recently Gnilraps in the thread, Gnilraps Seeks the WTP Endorsement the Boss had a message; a message I believe speaks for itself and which I totally support.

Always remember: America
CURRAHEE!
