This interview consists of nine answers divided into two parts.
PW - Why you have decided to enjoy eRepublik from here in Nigeria?
KB - I came to eNigeria because a Romanian PTO attempt was happening and help against them was needed. Also, I was kind of tired of many years in eGermany and I liked the idea of helping a small and new country, so I got more active again.
PW - Are you happy with the situation in Nigeria today? What positive factors you see in it? What aspects Desaria improve community in Nigeria?
KB - For me it seems like Nigeria is in a good state today. The community seems rather stable, compared to some months ago, and we made some international relations, especially with Argentina and Chile, who are currently fighting over our regions. I think the community just needs some time to grow together. At the moment, there are only groups of players and they always stay in the same parties and MUs. Maybe we should mix up better.
PW - Nigeria recently joined the new Banana Alliance, What is the reason to join this alliance? What benefits do you think you can give to Nigeria?
KB - I left the decision about joining the alliance to the congress. They decided on the second invitation, that we should join the alliance.
The whole invitation was about joking and also the alliance has not really any use for us, but our membership doesn't effect us in a negative way either. At least we could show that we understand fun and we could have a bit contact with some other countries. Of course all that could change to something actual useful, but as far as I know, nothing is planned now.
PW - This country is ranked 74 in the classification of population, the last of the list. However, every month more people apply for membership in this community. What is this approach that the government has decided to follow to deliver citizenship to the applicants?
KB - The problem is, that eRepublik is blocked in RL Nigeria. Also, there are really many big problems in the RL country, so we can't expect to ever get many RL Nigerians in this game. We must grow with giving citizenship to players from other countries. But that is also a dangerous move, because many PTOers are just waiting to get their hands on a small country like ours, so they could steal the countries treasury or make a puppet state for their main country.
Because of this danger we are trying to bring trusted people from many different countries. Of course, most of our active players are from Germany and Argentina, so their trusted friends are from these countries most of the time too. Because of this problem, we made a quota, so only one quarter of the citizenship passes are allowed to be given to each of these groups. In the current month this means 5 CS to Argentinans/Yaguarete, 5 CS to Germans/FSK and 10 CS to other countries.
Of course there are many discussions going on about that issue, because there are more applicants than passes. But I think, this is a good solution.
Everything would be easier, if every new citizen would only see themselves as eNigerians and be just as neutral as our country is. But unfortunately many people for example, keep shouting and fighting for their old country. Sometimes they also stay in a MU in their old country. In my opinion, these people have not really much use for eNigeria right now. If in doubt, I don't know if they would fight for Nigeria as hard as they can against their old country. Just to make that clear here: I am not talking about Argentinans in Nigeria, I am talking about that issue in general! All groups here have that kind of players!
We must bring all of our citizens in our community, so one day they see themselves as real Nigerians and not as foregners in this country.

Very informative and readable interview with CP Kalif Bathan.Just one thing are stick on to my nouse:
I"ve recently came from eUK,the reasons for coming in eNigeria are numerious and they are real.Since I came here I"ve been fighting for eNigeria eventhougth I am not in eNigerian MU cose I am not seeing any MU with some supply system except Jaguarete with Argentinians members, but not any single rl Nigerian in it.Like I said above if I am eNigerian in foreign MU like I am now,is that problem that I"ve might don"t want to fight for eNigeria or for my previous country eventhougth like I said I am fighting for eNigeria and will keep fighting for eNigeria.I am eNigerian as I leave here and I am doing all my best for Nigeria to be strong and to grow but main question is: if it"s eNigerian player still in foreign MU from his previous country,is that makes him an enemy of eNigeria or not, eventhougth the player is fighting for eNigeria?.
As concerned of Banana Alliance why eNigeria decided to join Banana Alliance if there isn"t any use for eNigeria?.Also Nigeria need to have more regions, bonuses etc and to be much bigger and stronger than it is now.Maybe I am new but enough experience as I was CP of my previos country which had been wiped several times,so personnally don"t want to see Nigeria being wiped,so for that reason Nigeria need to have more regions and not just be satisfied with 1 region.Does the eNigerian Goverment have any plans on how to make it possible to have more than 1 region?.
I am apologizing for this too long comment but needed to expresss my thougths.
Sincerly Yours new eNigeria citizen.

Hey Alex, thanks for your interest in the interview and for telling your opnion. I think I can clear up things a bit with this reply. Unfortunately english isn't my mother tongue, so I could not make everything clear enough in my answers in the interview.
Nigerians with foreign MUs are not a categorically problem for me. It is just one point of many that makes the complete picture. If a player is involved in the community in any other way, like media or government for example, it is absolutely no problem for me. I want Nigerians that feel like citizens of this country and not those who have the CS just for other reasons and don't care for the community. Thats what I wanted to express.
Of course, a Nigerian MU would help to see shouts and have the right Daily Orders in Nigerian interests. Just for example, we shouldn't fight in RWs against Chile at the moment. So, if you are not reading the MoD article and blindly fight for Nigeria, you could fight on the wrong side. But thats just one point that speaks for a Nigerian MU. Maybe in the future we will make a official one for the state and everyone could join.
About your second point with the regions i disagree with your opinion. But wait for the next part of the interview, I will explain everything in it.
@Kalif thanks but no hard feelings just wanted to share with you my views.I am not against eNigeria I am for Nigeria. and I care for Nigeria and want to help Nigeria as much as I can,I"ve think I"ve understand the whole pictuture and also concerning MoD Orders.I am dedicated to this country and I"ll folow the MoD and fight for where MoD of Nigeria set DO"s.
All this extended speech seems like you, asking and aswering to yourself...you surely have big mental problems
