Confirming great share of Retention Team and Military Units of India in common welfare and big military effects,

Desiring to create fair and widespread help for Indian soldiers,

Desiring to strengthen effects of dispatches,

Determined to help new players to rank up faster,

In consultation with planning commission,

Indian Government decide to introduce universal dispatch for Indian soldiers.

System will be based on soldiers' strength, soldiers will be divided to 3 groups:
group 1 - less than 2K strength,
group 2 - 2k to 6K strength,
group 3 - over 6k strength.

Soldiers, according to their group, will be provided with:
group 1 - 3 Q5 weapons / 300 wellness,
group 2 - 6 Q5 weapons / 300 wellness,
group 3 - weapons and food only during war.



To run this system, We need a database of our soldiers. Every Indian, who is interested in participating in Government's dispatch program, have to fill and send this form: http://tinyurl.com/cd74ban

After this, for daily dispatch, there will be another form, for which presence on IRC will be needed.

Indian Government is looking for active people, who wants to be a dispatcher. We want to have dispatchers from every MU. Dispatchers will be properly paid.
