Join the new world

Dear fellow citizens, colleagues and party members,

most of you will (hopefully) know me. I am active eIndian since summer, standing 4 times for eIndian congress for DPI and am active in eIndian forums. If you want to know more about me, my real-life and why I play eRepublic just have a look at my manifesto:

Today I want to tell you why I want to become DPI PP this month. DPI has always been a training ground and some of the most important leaders of eIndia have been member of DPI. I think that we need an experienced trsutworthy leader but also we need to educate younger members for higher positions. But the PP is to important as to use it as a kind of training ground! It is to important to ask early for candidates so that a discussion and a camapaign can still have enough time! It is to important to use party adds. It is to important to use Swaraj at the right time.
And most of all we need Party Presidents who controle candidates for Congress before selecting. Especially the small Parties are always at risk of a TO.

But my question has been, why all of this should be done by just one PP?
So I want to show you a part of my last congress election evaluation, because in it you find my ideas for DPI.

So this leads me to the main question: What to do?

1. new party organisation
The last 2 months we did great and important steps: party org, newspaper, program… based on this we should delegate tasks. Every member has strengths and I want them to use them for our party. It s not the principle of our “Democratic Party” to appoint a Party President and let him work alone. I think of
- party newspaper
- member recruitment
- member servicing
- election squad
and many more…. Which tasks do you see?

2. new party life
As I said above it was difficult for me to vote for people I don’t know at all. We should meet and discuss party issues together and see who is interested and trustworthy. So let’s discuss political issues and play some games together.
=> we will have more fun together
=> we will stop persons to run from DPI which are not trustworthy

3. what everybody can do
We will need more members to have a chance so spread our message, publish our program and say everybody that DPI is no danger to eIndia but a strong pillar for eIndia’s democracy!

We have great ideas (think of vigi's party program), great members (ashwamedh and dragon as ministers for example and of course vigi to mention just the 3 most experienced) but in elections we suffered losts. We deserve more and due to hard and transparent work we will gain more support and votes but for it we have to be more active. The last weeks we all, me and you, haven't done enough for DPI. There might be reasons for it (of course real life always comes first) but we sould not be satisfied with us.

So here is something like a plan from my humble point of view:

1. immediately announce Congress Elections
a) because we need more candidates
b) and at least one candidate in every district
c) and time to evaluate. We only have to accept trustworthy candidates

2. announce board elections
a) we should show our democratic structure
b) and spreak work on more shoulders - because more shoulder can lift more!

3. advertise Swaraj
a) we should invite each and every eIndian to be Swaraj's friend
b) we should write articles about our aims and persons
c) every new eIndian shall be send a message about our aims and ideas
d) transparency and democracy should be the main pillars of DPI

4. Elections Campaign & Squad
a) elections means more than nominating people, we have to use ads and Swaraj to advertise, shouts
b) and create an election squad to use our votes more wisely

5. member servicing
a) this is the only thing were I don't have detailed ideas. But I think that we should become a familiy, where everybody helps the other, gives advise, gifts, mabye jobs
b) every new member should be sent a message and be invited to this Forum, Swaraj and maybe we can have something like a mentoring

6. relations with IU
In some other DPI PP manifesto I read that DPI was said to be opposition. I don't think that this view is right. We have 2 ministers and during the last months have been trustworthy members of Congress and helped the government. In most cases we had even the same ideas like IU. So nobody should build a wall between this two parties.
To quote my unpublished article about democracy in India: We are one but not the same, we are 2 sisters, are the 2 heart valves of eIndia!

I ask you all - members of DPI and other parties - for your comments because I know that this can only be a stepping stone, a first step into our better future!

And at the end I also ask you for your trust, support and so for your votes!

As soon as I have been elected I will ask you to become members of my board but this is not the time to give positions to other members, at first I have to gain your respect and votes 🙂
