EZC War Games Update Day 4
Tournament Day 1 Matches Results, Day 2 Matches Announced
A quick notice on Tuesday ending kill number for the bonus points, the number for Tuesday is 3! So any kill number at the end of the day ending with a 3 will help your regiment get some bonus points (if you have a uniform), so 33, 103, 73, 183, 143, 53, 93, etc. are numbers to aim for. More info on how the bonus point system works can be found here.
Since a lot of people have been pushing really hard for this part of the competition I will get right to it with the updated Regiment Tournament Bracket!

We had some good matchups in the first round with some very close matches as well as some very very impressive numbers by the 3rd and 10th regiments. Let's start at the top, perhaps they held back a bit but the 11th had a bit of a scare as the top ranked regiment in the tournament and nearly getting knocked out by the 8th ranked regiment. Kill counts were 73.33 to 73.29 in favor of the 11th but the bonus points were won by the 11th 3.33 to 2.35 giving the Cannon Cockers a 1 point win!

For the 5 vs 4 seed matchup we had another very close win with the 6th regiment having a slight 56.12 to 53.33 average kills lead while gaining a little over half a point with a 2.35 to 1.67 bonus points advantage as well. This gave the Snipers a 3.47 point victory over Second to None to advance to play the 11th Regiment in Tuesday’s semi final.

In the third match we had the Fighting Fifth put up some very impressive numbers with a 112 average kills per member before the bonus points were added in. The 8th Regiment put up some impressive numbers of their own which would have beaten the 4 regiments in the tournament above them, but it was nowhere near close enough to matter as the 5th cruised to a 25 point victory!

The last match of the day was epic, with both regiments putting up record numbers and easily beating all the other regiments in day 4 of the competition (day 1 of the tournament) but the 10th regiment held back a little bit and tried to save up a lot of kills for later rounds which cost them since Tactical Command did an average of 172.11 kills! Even with their bonus point advantage the 10th could not catch them as the 3rd regiment advances to play the 5th in today's semi final matchup.

The third and fifth put up some very impressive numbers in the first round and they will square off in the second round, the question is who has enough gas left in the tank to do enough damage to advance. The 11th and 6th appear to have held back a bit and both had very close victories in the first round, expect their numbers to go up for the semi final match against each other. Congrats to those who moved on and good luck in the semi finals!

Since people may want the numbers here they are:

Since I have already published a bunch of long articles with all the rules and regulations, examples of how everything works and the prizes/medals available to people I will just direct people to those articles so they can read more if they are confused as to what exactly is going on. Check out the Original War Games Article for a very lengthy explanation of just about everything. Also check out the War Games Prize/Rules Update for some quick updates on the War Games.
