eRep in Maps - December 22nd - Touring Edition
As usual, let me start by saying you must visit eGobba's World Map. This tool is invaluable to anyone, especially in helping me try and collect the visual representation of what the heck is going on in eRep.

In order to understand these maps here is the legen😛

Yesterday's Article

This is the touring edition of this paper
There are two editions of this paper. One is always published in the US. The other moves from place to place. Today it's in Slovakia. I hope you like this paper. If you enjoy it, either subscribe, or check out the daily edition published in the US.

Editor's note

Today's eRep in Maps is published here in the main newspaper eRep in Maps owned by guolin. Tomorrow's article is published in our cartographer's, Bredan E Austerion's, newspaper The Mapping Standard.

For all of you Chinese readers out there, please visit this Chinese version: Chinese version here. As a Chinese speaker myself, I am pretty sure this was not translated using google- the translator actually knows how to speak English (and has spoken to me in both English and Chinese pinyin before). If you can't read Chinese, you should still subscribe and vote from him.

Yesterday, several readers donated USD to us, and we appreciate the donations. Again, the donations are completely optional. In fact, Guolin will donate 50% of ALL donations to the eUSA Welcoming Committee. 'Tis the season to be giving...

Europe

France's "Serious Business" attack on Spain failed 3/4 of the way. As our cartographer got very frustrated with mapping it last night, I am recycling the map. The only battle that went through was Poitou Charentes. For France was Ond3L, a Brazilian obtaining his 23rd! For Spain was Durruti, his 22nd!

Slovakia attacked Bratislava, Hungary after losing it 2 days ago. And...

Hungary retreated, returning their (hard-won?) territory back to Slovakia.

Middle East

Greece attacked Mediterranean Coast of Turkey to keep initiative as...

...Turkey secured Aegean Coast of Turkey. Deja vu much? The BH for Greece was the Swede Bic deWille, his 26th! For Turkey was the French Cicero, his third.

Mediterranean Coast of Turkey was secured by Turkey. For Israel was Cj Will Win (looks like you did), his second (even though he's rank 2 citizen in Israel's 1081 citizens). For Turkey was kartal_4vr, his 29th!

Asia

Australia secured South Australia. For Brazil was Darkvenom, his sixth. For the Aussies was the South Korean Calangao, his second. As Brazil did not attack before the battle ended...

...Australia attacked West Australia.

The president of the Phillipines, romansoldier, resigned due to real life and time difference, which caused him to be inactive, something a president must not be.

A resistance was started in Chungcheongbuk-do by KasedY. As our cartographer, Brendan E Austerion puts it: "By the just-impeached North Korean President? Wat? Gunning for a resistance hero medal after all the cheap battle heroes? XD"

Training Wars

* Oblivious to the wonderful world events, the Filipinos and the Malaysians have at it in Sabah.

*NOTE* All events not covered today will be covered by Brendan tomorrow, as he mapped earlier than the time of publication.

Thanks for reading!
