eCanadian Battle Royale (with cheese!) - 23h left

People's Choice Polls for the Canada Prize in Literary Excellence

The battle for news column supremacy rages on between The Scarlet Letters and The Canadian Conduit. They've been going at it steadily for the last 30 hours and show no signs of letting up, as the fight is looking like a close one. Our panel of 6 judges (Dominik, Dereck Ryan, pdiddy, raptorfan, Thordan, and you) seem split on who will take the 15 Gold prize.

Kid Chaos' "The Evolution of a Constitution" is holding strong with 42 votes in the columns and a 90% average among 21 marks in the People's Choice polls. The audience response to the monolithic effort has been zealous with calls for "Wiki!" "Museum!" and "Pulitzer!" What many expected to be a welterweight performance turned into a super heavyweight collection of historical gems. Many would agree with JTVanguard; all hats are off for Vincent.

Despite a slow start, The Dude's "The Life and Death of an eRepublikan" is showing no signs of letting up, fighting back with 39 votes in the columns and an 87% average among 23 marks in the polls. The audience, never having witnessed such perplexing and puzzling combos, seems in shock: "Awesome... I'm in awe," as one on-looker noted. Utterly flabbergasted by this feat of fiction, one Mr. Forrest even began madly eulogizing from the stands. One might be tempted to say his words float like a butterfly; his ideas sting like a bee.

Altogether, it's been a stupefying performance. The crushing Juggernaut vs the light-of-foot Literary Ali. No one can really tell what will happen in the remaining 24 hours.
