So after a tumultuous couple of days with the crap hitting the fan following below is the results of the survey .
I have taken out any dummy voting that was cast by any name that did not cross-reference to a current eAustralian citizen or from any name that appeared twice (yes people did cast votes on behalf of members who had already voted) this took the original tally of 50 votes down to the current 41 recorded votes.
This census was taken to give some reasoning behind keeping the government and people talking directly to the Dictator honest and above board with what was going on, so we can keep moving forward as a community as opposed to being dictated to.
You as a community can take out of this what you choose, you can find your own reason behind that this is not enough votes to justify moving in another direction but you cannot take away what people are asking for.

That new player at the end read my mind. I've been thinking for a while that we should have a like brief history for new players but it is sort of hard to do with an article.. One more reason for forums
Well if we used forums there possibly would be links already there for most of that stuff. This is something I have been pushing for a long time and falling on deaf ears is part of the reason I took myself out of the last Congress thread.
Forums show that even though they are not liked and people will not get onto them everyday it is a great source of information for past and future players along with important information to be transparent and transposed onto new players
I thought about putting my preferred dictator as Rusty D but the thing is at the time I wasn't sure what was going to happen and how everyone else would react, so I stayed neutral.
This wasn't about exposing people it was about gauging a blanket decision from the community, really there was never going to a right or wrong answer.
Except for potato that was just to break up the seriousness of the survey
That's not what I was meaning, I meant as in I would rather of had a Democracy so power can be shared however if the community voted in favor establishing an elected dictator then Rusty D would have been my choice. Also I didn't know if after 10 days a rouge mu would try to take over again 😛
Still could happen with a rogue MU, this survey was bought out before the revolution happened and was not intended to vote on a preferred CP/Dictator. Just to gauge what the community wanted so we can discuss options better as opposed to the current single pm that confuses the hell out of everyone involved

Was more so just trying to keep it straight at the points required as opposed to making it unclear on what the question was. Sometimes people in a hurry get confused.
