I was once a supporter of FF medals. But right now the situation is different. Gold costs around 300 cc. The energy and time required to win a BH medal is very very cheap compared to an FF medal. (Div1 with low strength can still proceed to hunt FF medals. Beware of xp too)

So how do I win a BH medal with just 10/20 energy recovery?
