Hello eIndia,

Looking at the response of my previous article , I wanted to draw a clear notice of whether you for the new department of ministry or against it.

@Alector - Since MoMC is not as active as it was before , I have decided to make this department.If the department does not remain active , then by the public's majority , we can close it.
