Ideas that come up with marching time

A very good day to one-and-all.
I have come up with some ideas , which may or may not be liked by everyone , that I wanted to present them and implement them if everyone agrees.
Realizing that eIndia is becoming too stressed these days and I have come up with the idea of creating a Board Committee known as 'Entertainment Sector'(the name can be changed as it will be based on the people's choice) where some of the greatest writers will be selected/elected by the people , who are the observers.
It will conduct various competition and events like of best articles , jokes, riddles etc. , and giving away cash prizes.It will also be legal and official body so that everyone can participate without any fear of fraud and many more reasons.
Also , this will be a place where all the artists will come in , get new ideas , increase their vocabulary and hence write great articles.
I would be delighted to give more details about it if everyone agrees with it.

but we have the same body called MOMC, minister of media and culture...
but i dont know whether it is active or not...

- @Abhinay - but this will be a separate , independent body which will not rely on any party or military unit.Also , the head of this body will be elected !

we used to have a ministry of entertainment (yeah go me the one and only MoE in India's history!)
youll find more success if you can convince a CP to create a ministry for you. this way you have to authority of the government behind you.

Even though it came from a member of a very bad party,the idea itself is really good.
