Defending the new training module.

Day 753, 08:44 Published in USA USA by stancel

The admins released a new module recently - a new training module which allows players to either increase their strength normally (0.04 a day) or increase the rate at which they increase their strength with a fee of gold.

Predictably, many have risen up against this. I mean, shouldn't people have to wait months and months to get to strength level 10 or 15? Or can they put their gold to a meaningful place? I think the latter is better.

A lot of the articles and posts have focused on Lana herself. A fit female soldier, some have called her a "Soviet" Russian spy, demanded to be able to pay to see her topless, referred to her as a "fugly bitch" (along with a reference to oral sex), implied that she is a prostitute, among other things.

To get to the subject of the training module itself, there is the objection that this will allow people with gold to advance themselves above the rest.

When I see these articles against the training module being advertised, is gold not being used to promote them? Are you not using your gold to advance your articles above the rest? Yes, you want subscribers, attention, votes, comments. Plenty of people write articles all the time that get ignored. But anyone can advertise an article globally with gold and get a ton of votes.

How about tanking? Shouldn't we just make it so everybody can only fight 5 times a day, and militaries can never use gold so that the stronger players (Field Marshalls) can fight more than 5 times?

Just think before getting angry about it.
