Join the new world

Its time to ratificate new constitution, its my priority for long time. The current constitution worked well in the past, but we need new one to simplify and update by reactions on new problems. Most importantly it defines the competences of president and congress in affairs which are not covered by the e-engine. There is careful balance struck between legitimacy and flexibility of administration.

There were many discussions about proposal during last month so we have reached to final version. Yesterday new constitution was approved by congress http://www.erepublik.com/en/forum/topic/85007/constitution-of-the-czech-republic/1. I want thank to all congressmen, even for suggestions!

We need support by more than half of citizens who participate in referendum (not by complete population) After it will Constitution become valid completely.. If you are czech citizen, please vote in this threa😛

Nastal čas na ratifikaci nové ústavy. Minulá ústava nám dobře posloužila, zároveň už však přestala být aktuální a bylo potřeba ji zjednodušit a vyřešit možné problémy na které stará ústava nemohla dost dobře reagovat. Jedná se především o určení kompetencí a pravomocí prezidenta a kongresu v otázkách které nejsou pokryty samotným enginem hry. Je třeba nalézt kompromis mezi legitimností a administrativní pružností.

Během posledního měsíce proběhly mnohé diskuze a tak jsme dosáhli konečné verze. Vcera byla schvalena kongresem http://www.erepublik.com/en/forum/topic/85007/constitution-of-the-czech-republic/1 Chtěl bych poděkovat všem kongresmanům i za připomínky.

Potřebujeme podporu více než poloviční podporu v referendu (nikoliv ze všech občanů ale z celkového počtu co se referenda zúčastní) Poté bude definitivně schválena. Takze pokud jste cesky obcan, prosim volte v tomto tematu:
