Folks, Welcome to another edition of B.M. Entertainment. This is a special edition, and i wrote up an article on topic:"You are one of the leaders of a country that has just been added to the game. What is your biggest priority, and what is the biggest problem you expect to face?" I'm not going to bother you with some fancy introductions, i'm going to go straight to the matter. Almost in every section of this article my motto is: ORGANISATION! There has to be organisation everywhere. Everybody should do the job that is assigned for, and not to stick their nose in someone else's business. If i was one of the leaders of a country that has just been added i would do the following:

Military and Security

1. My biggest priority would be finding strong allies, protecting the country from it's inside and outside enemies. First we need enough players in the country so we could function well and we need strong allies in order to protect ourselves. Also one of the biggest problems will be the PTO attacks.So me and some national security experts would probably work on a strategy to protect our country from PTO attacks and establish ATO teams. As you can see Albania got wiped by Montenegro so i would like to prevent that with my country. My country needs to act like well oiled machine. I will help the young players with free food/weapon programs. Also because the Town Center is very important i will help the young players as much as i can in order to build the town centers as fast as they can. I will create Militias and fund them in order to have coordinated attacks. Everybody has to respect the DoD orders and i will give my best to educate the players to do that. Basically there has to be strong military organisation.

2. I mentioned some problems ^ there, but anyway some of the biggest problems will be:

- PTO Attacks
- Invasion
- People not respecting the orders.

Economy and Education

Economy is a very important factor, the taxes have to be optimal. We need to build reserves. My country needs to have reserves but also the people have to be satisfied. That is very tough to achieve....I'm not a
very experienced economist so i will probably hire people to work on a nice economy that will satisfy everybody.

1. Priority: Both Government and the people need to be satisfied(with taxes, wages, gold price etc.) So my biggest priority will be to satisfy the both sides.

2. Problems:

- High/Low taxes(probably high for the people, low for the government).
- Wages(Low for the employees, high for the employers).
- Gold prices(High for everybody).
- Market prices(Low for the sellers, high for the buyers).
As i said Before we can almost never satisfy both sides, but i will give the best out of myself to even try to achieve that.

Education. It's almost the same like in RL, the education in eRep is very important. It has to be on some level of quality. Because the young players have to be educated about everything. From Economy and Military to Politics and Media. They have to know how to make profits out of their land. They need to know everything about the economy(taxes, GDP etc.) because economy is necessery if they want to get involved into politics and military. About the military they need to know who are our enemies, who are our allies. They have to have a habit to check the DoD orders every single day and to make sure to follow them. Also the MU's commanders need to be active so they can change the orders very often, so we can ensure that the players will follow the DoD orders + get bazookas and candies. They will get a proper education about everything... (they need to train every day, fight every day) etc. When it comes to Politics, i will try to teach them how everything works(Congress, my cabinet etc.). Every future politician needs to have an opinion about the problems in the country. Basically i will make a manual about everything. And if some of them are lazy, if i have to, i will put the manual on video or mp3 so they can listen to it.

Politics and Media

My cabinet is very important, because i can't carry the whole country on my back. I will need some active, hard working and dedicated politicans to help me lead the country. I will try to ensure co-operation between the parties, i don't want people like PTH to fu*k up my country. Don't get me wrong, i respect everybody who has a different opinion and i love the democracy. But people like PTH destroy our country. So i will try to stop peple like that to get involved into politics. Also the congressmans and the Immigration service need to check everybody who will come to our country(change citizenship) because sometimes "the wolf shows up dressed into some sheep's clothing." The ancient Romans had a politic: "Divide and conquer ". That means, for every sector, Defense, Media, Treasury etc. in charge will be man/women who will be equally responsible and hard working as i am. One man can't handle everything. And i will try to give a possibility to the younger and not so experienced payers to the government jobs. But the jobs can't be very imporant becaue the imporant jobs will be executed by people who have both experience and knowledge. Everybody will get a chance.

2. Problems:

- People not doing their job.
- And people not being satisfied with the work of the government(Which of course i will do everything that is in my power to stop that).

I will try to inform the people about everything, the press room will work 24/7 and try to ensure that the people will be notified about everything on time. The congress will notify the people about their newest decisions, about the laws etc.
