Yes, I am running for Congress. Again. Why?
For the booze!


For the drugs!


For the chicks!


And you should vote for ZHENG HE because he is super cool and AMP loves him!


I am completing my third trip to Congress this month. So what happened?

Sadly we had to censure several Congress-critters who turned out to be PTOers or otherwise rogue. This include😛

Ashley Zielinski - Granted citizenship to enemies of the state.
TheWickY - Rogue impeachment of the president, which has the potential to cause all sorts of problems.
M1TRO - Granted citizenship to enemies of the state.

A major loss to Congress was when John Largo lost his seat in Georgia, which he has held since, well, pretty much forever. The smartest thing Congress did was elect him Speaker of the House. Go Jackets!

A major topic of discussion this term was immigration. The SoH, partly at the urging of president Israel Stevens, called for an immigration freeze while we debated procedures and policies. This topic went around and around in circles with lots of blames and several ideas that had the traction of a bald tire in an ice storm. The topic was finally killed by the loss of Aquitaine, which will greatly reduce the flow of immigrants (and money).

Several congress-critters ignored the freeze and had their forum access removed.

Of course the biggest change this month was the introduction of Divisions into the fighting module. What does this mean?

The USA has a very strong Division 4, but not so much in the lower divisions. We have responded to this with the Tank Up to Rank Up program, which level 36 and lower citizens can join by filling out a simple form EVERY DAY.

Low level players should also join an MU. My favorite is the eUnited States Citizens MU, which supplies food and weapons to members daily.

My suggestion is that Congress focus on immigration at the low level. Let in as many D1 players as we can find!
