Congress Activity Report - Individual Post Counts
Armour144
Electing active congressmen is an important thing to do. Active congressmen get things done. Active congressmen build up discussions and help improve current systems of getting things done. At least 90% of congressional affairs happen on the forums, with just a few things making their way into the game as an actual vote. This is why the number of forum posts is a great way to show just how active each and every congressman is.
16 congressmen this past month were incapable of posting in the congress forums an average of once per day. Only 14 congressmen averaged 2 or more posts per day.
Anyone with a congress masking is capable of verifying these numbers.

There it is. Total post counts in all congress forums by each congressman. What's sad is that this includes forum votes too, where a simple "Yes" or "No" counts as a post.
So do you want eCanada to have an active congress next month? Here's the data. The rest is up to you.
A big thanks goes out to Ethel Rosenberg and AngryMobMan for volunteering to help me with this project. All data was collected on Friday, September 23.

Good idea are you going to post this every month?
As long as I get elected. If I don't get elected then I can't count the CDC posts.
wow this is a lot of work. gj.
Very good. Activity is key to a successful congress.

Nice work Armour!
Hurray for me.
Great work, keep it up! 🙂
good stuff man
Impressive. Most impressive.
Good work. Sadly, alot of household names are sitting at the bottom.
😁^
perhaps because congress spent almost all of its time electing three speakers, and two or three deputy speakers? 🙂
great work! finally some accountability for activity! This is an awesome initiative!
Thank you for doing this!
This is Great!
Lol, I'm 13th.
I'm second last. RL came and bit me in the a** right after the election 🙁
It's why I'm not running again.
These numbers also include forum chat do they not? Not necessarily a representation of "congressional" posts or valued contribution to discussion...
By "forum chat" do you mean posts not in the congress forums? Or do you mean useless spam posts within the congress section?
Too bad you can't track who voted in the forums and who didn't...cause after looking at that list I see many who's names didn't show on forum votes all that much...We had what 10-15 forums votes since we got a regular speaker... Good job getting this much together Armour144...
It wouldn't be much trouble gathering that info, but I'm not going to go back through all that again this month. Maybe for the next month's congress.
Ain't no party like a Muglack posting party, cause a Muglack posting party don't stop.
As someone relatively new to the game, and not active on the forums, I appreciate you sharing this info, Armour. At election time, I notice more insulting other candidates and generic promises than people really showing what they've done, and desire to do for eCanada. As the old saying goes, actions speak louder...and when you're governing an online community, actions demand communication and results
Good job
Nice work to all involved.
Good to show them up but SirShaun- is a wise man who speaks little. I hope this is not the only guide for peoples votes.
Not really is correct. Those who were not in Congress this month and now participate in elections, have little chance in this case!
Surprised at KronosQ with the low turnout
I'd vote ripp any day.
This list in incomplete.
Mr. Peanuts is also a registered Congressman (according to masking):

I'd suggesting keeping a second column that tallies votes in ODC. Forum posts do indicate activity, yet many Congressmen can do a fair job so long as they participate in the ODC Voting threads. People are not allowed to spam that area and missed votes would count more towards an accurate record of valued activity.
I'll save you some time, Armour.
Mr. Peanuts has made 0 posts (anyhwere), which also matches the number of votes he received last election, too.
I'll give you a hint about Mr.Peanuts: he isn't eCanadian.
Yea, I think I'll be sure to track the vote numbers as well
Excellent initiative!!!!
