This month i plan to run for congress as a member of the New Era Party.

Who is this William Haskins chap?

Well as my eRep names suggests, i am William, and i reside within Northern Ireland both in game and in RL. My profile suggests i have been around in this game since January 2010, however despite starting here back then, i did take a long period out, and only properly started back here at the end of September 2012.

Since then i have become an active citizen of eUK, becoming actively involved within the British Army (formerly Bulldogs) MU, and currently a member of the New Era party... a Party who i share common views with and as such it made sense for me to join them, as i too felt i was joining a new era of eUK from when i left back in 2010.

I know there is a lot of debate between the different parties within eUK, but for the most part, i try to take an Impartial view on parties, and since i am relatively new to this Era, i have no previous experiences of the top members of each party and so therefore i am building my own impressions of them and not basing them upon what others say.

I have also been trying to keep up to date with all the eUK and eWorld political aspects, reading articles and foreign papers, as well as checking the Wiki to give myself more information.. from this i am gathering an idea of the world affairs.

Why should i be in congress?

Good question? Why would i be selected to run for congress? Well below is a list of reasons why:

- I plan to be open and honest with everyone

- I am relatively new and have an Impartial view on the majority of players within eUK, therefore i have no enemies and no preconceived opinions on anyone, no matter who they are.

- Yes i am a member of New Era, and i also support the parties policies and will work to fulfill those as best i can. NEW ERA POLICIES

- I am a fresh face within the game and hope to encourage more newer players to come forward and voice their opinions and views here.
