Can't Get Enough Tiacha?

Day 679, 21:12 Published in USA USA by Kara Zor El

So, you say you want more Tiacha. I aim to please. After reading her interview with my assistant LiveFreeOrDie, I had a few more questions. I now present to you my chat with Tiacha.

There are some Federalists, like myself, who would like to know more about our founder. Did you know Rise? What has become of him?

Yeah. He was a pretty good guy. He was a strong leader with in the eRepublikans for Change Party (now the CVP). I always liked him because he was willing to say what he thought, which was why the Feds split off from the RFC. I was initially USWP but heard about what Rise did, talked with him, then joined the Feds shortly after it was formed.

Yeah. I didn't get to know him well before Billy Fleming took over the party. Basically RL stuff. Also, a lot of people quit after beta because of all the bugs in V1 when it first came out. Feds were formed right after V1 came out so it was basically mass chaos. Then one day, Rise just disappeared so Billy had to step it up for us. Back then, the core group was just me, Billy, and Logomaster304 and Alby here and there. (He really didn't get too active till Jan. 2009)

You spent some time away from the Feds. Where did you go and why did you come back?

Well, after we sorta had a fallout over who should be PP (I think it was between Pfeiffer and Fingerguns. I supported Pfeiffer because I knew him better and everyone got upset.), I left the party. I guess from there, I just became burnout with the game and I quit about a month and a half ago for a variety of reasons.

The first reason I quit was because I was starting grad school and didn't think I'd have time to play the game. Second reason I left eRep was because I didn't feel appreciated. Pretty selfish reason, eh? But, I think a lot of older players get that way when newer players finally can do what you've been doing all along. But after I was away for eRep for about a month, I missed it. I'm doing well with school so I decided to come back and work for all of the things I haven't done in the game.

So I came back, joined the USWP to win a seat in Congress. I didn't go straight back to the Feds because I didn't want you guys to waste your votes on me when you could elect other people. It was a tough race (I had to beat Ajay Bruno's multi), but I did it. One of the things I missed out on back in my day was becoming SOH. I lost back in Feb. to my now eHusband (and soon to be eDead), Kyle321n.

So, I through my name into the ring this month to win SOH. It was a tough race, but since there were a lot of new senators this month, most of them didn't remember me, so Killing Time ended up winning. He graciously offered me the position of Deputy SOH and I'm looking forward to making this month a successful one. I'm really glad to be back with the feds, though. I wouldn't feel right in another other party. And I'm really excited to see how organized you all are and to help mentor newer members.

Can we expect more pod casts from you?

Maybe, but in a different format. I loved doing podcasts, but hated editing them. If I can find a better editor, expect those to come back. I'm also gonna be a guest on Jewitt's show tonight if you'd like to listen.

Thank you, Tiacha for your time. It was a pleasure to meet you.

(BTW) I did listen to Jewitt's show, and Tiacha did not disappoint. She seems like a very likable person with a veterans knowledge of the game.
