Cabinet Announcement

In my first campaign article, I talked about how complacency breeds laziness. I want to assure every single American, that I am more than just pretty words on a page. I am a man of action. And I want to see this country actually start doing things again, as opposed to sitting back quietly on the world stage.

I am announcing all of my cabinet at once. I don't think that dragging the process out, serves any purpose. I want to have time to talk about actual ideas, and goals. And, this is a team effort. No one person in my cabinet is more important than the others. We will do this as a team. Or we won't do it at all.

I have assembled a sublime blend of experienced old citizens, and driven new ones. These are the people that I know can motivate this country, so that we can achieve our highest potential. No more complacency. Only victory.

We’ll start with my friend, and Vice President, the United States’ First Goddess of War:
Artela

Artela is the current United States Workers Party President, and she will very likely be our Country President in the next few months. She is smart, capable and strong. I could think of no better person to have standing beside me for the next month.

My Chief of Staff, is one of the oldest, and most experienced players in the country:
Cromstar

Cromstar has been a source of advice for me ever since I met him. He knows game mechanics inside and out, and has held just about every single position within the country. I have served in cabinets with him, (while he was Chief of Staff), and to me… he embodies the position. He is capable of teaching new players, as well as motivating old ones. The perfect man for the job.

My Secretary of Defense, is a former President, and all around Special Forces Badass:
GoalieBCSC

Goalie has been President twice. Getting elected himself once, and filling in for Julian Mizu, after Mizu had to deal with a Real Life crisis. Goalie has demonstrated remarkable aplomb throughout his career in eRepublik, and it is for this reason that I have asked him to head the Defense Department. Goalie will be tackling one of the most important initiatives of my Presidency, and I know that he has both the passion, and the skills to see it through to the end.

Serving as Secretary of State is a fresh face on the American Scene:
Tenshibo

Tenshibo is another player that has served in every possible possible position. From Defense, to Foreign affairs, to the Presidency, if it exists as a cabinet spot, Tenshibo has filled it. But, all of that experience came in South Africa. I know that Tenshibo will bring his remarkable drive to succeed to the United States, and will act as the shining beacon of America to our allies, and the world.

My National Security Council Chairman will be the one, and only:
Vanek26

Vanek has been my friend for many months. And there is absolutely no other person in America, or the World that I would entrust to coordinate our military efforts. He is one of the most dedicated players that we have, and I am proud and honored to have him on my team. His military knowledge is rivaled by few and his passion for the United States and TERRA is immense. We will do great things this month.

My Secretary of the Treasury will be one of the foremost economic experts:
Kemal Ergenekon

Kemal has been Treasury Secretary numerous times, and has reveled in it. His knowledge of Economics is vast. And is dedicated to see the United States pursuing the correct fiscal policy. I consider economics to be a weak point for me, so it was imperative that a strong Treasury Secretary be part of my team. And I have the strongest.

Filling the role of Secretary of Media will be the old man himself:
George Armstrong Custer

Custer has a supreme dedication to the Media, and especially to the written side of it. I can think of no better person to help nurture a future generation of Media Secretaries, than Custer. But he is not a one trick pony, and if you haven’t heard him on eNPR, you should do yourself a service and take a listen. Custer truly has a flare for the media.

Joining Custer, will be the Director of the White House Press Corps:
Levif92

Levif92 is an aspiring young newspaper man, and one of the better writers our country has produced in the past year or so. He is also a rising star in the Revolutionary Party. He has been writing nearly every day since he joined eRepublik, and I hope to one day (soon) see him as a Secretary of Media.

And lastly, but certainly not least, is my Secretary of the Interior:
Molly Emma

Molly Emma is the current Federalist Party President, as well as the current Interior Secretary. I have asked Molly to reprise her role, because she continues to do an outstanding job. She will likely be a Presidential Candidate in her own right very soon.

These men and women are my top level cabinet members. My closest advisors, and I believe a group of some of the brightest and best. But, they cannot do it alone. Nine people cannot effectively run the American Government. This must be a group effort.

A National Effort.

I encourage all interested Americans to fill out my Cabinet Application Form and to join us. We will be perusing the list, and trying to find everyone a home. If you are a new player, and want to get involved, now is the perfect time.
