Join IRC. It's fun. Plus, I'm there. 😛

If you're a new player, you can ask around for assistance, info or
even food there...

If you're a soldier and want to request for supplies, such as, Food, Weapons, or Moving Tickets, this is the right place.

If you're a government official or a member of Congress, you can
communicate and coordinate your activities with your peers there...

If you're a diplomat, you can chat with your foreign counterparts there...

...all in "real time".

We're on #erep.ph at irc.rizon.net

That's our new official ePhilippines chat channel.

It's kinda boring at the moment because you're not there but if more
people like you came over, we can make it a more fun place.

You can also check out happening channels like #euk (eUnited Kingdom), #ausrep (eAustralia), #erepublik.my
(eMalaysia), #usa-chat (eUSA), and many others.

Mibbit.com is a web site that
allows you to access IRC. It's what I use because it's easy and it
doesn't need me to install anything.

To access #erep.ph:

1. Go to http://mibbit.com/chat/

2. For IRC, choose Rizon [webirc].

3. For Nick, type your desired nickname (preferably your in-game name
or a variation)

4. For Channel, type #erep.ph

mIRC is an IRC client (which means you have to download and install it).

Chatzilla is an mIRC client that is designed as an add-on/extension to
Mozzila-based web browsers (like Firefox).

You need to download it and install it first, though.
