25 multies? Again some script in error like we had last summer?
It might be an overestimate. Last summer it really was obviously eRep at fault. This might be a typical number. Their algorithm might count some none-multies as multies to be on the safe side.
Luckily in this case the multi-correction didn't significantly affect the results.
So its a somewhat random correction? Really strange if true.
I do know however we are quite severely hit on the military side by the latest actions. We're missing some major hitters in D1. The only division we could call the shots. Even admins seem afraid of our D1 🙁
Banning should be done based on good evidence. But for having multies the only punishment should be permanent bans. So I'm not sure what on earth the admins are sometimes doing.
I don't think it's multies anymore, probably an overload to the system 😛
Two congress elections ago it was already obvious that there were at least 10 multies around, but now there seems a lot more.
There is only one positive aspect about this; The votes that were skipped appear to be spread almost evenly among all candidates so by the looks of it we haven't had elections that would have been affected by the use off multies. If that is the reason of course as we had a large vote skipping issue before. Unknown to me (as I was on holiday and hardly had internet connection) is the fact if back then there were also (temp) bans involved...
We had some major players permabanned in the past right after elections, notably Cocoamok in sept/oct 2009.
Still miss her...

I still don't believe in his guilt, but that's another story... Interesting how all 3 of these events are related to sep/oct elections.
I miss nobody that got banned, and I do think they were all deserved. It's harder than you think to get banned, especially back then.
I'm not referring to something from the old days Garmr. I was not even around back then. I'm referring to congress elections last summer.
