As peace is not an option

Day 1,771, 15:50 Published in Slovenia Slovenia by Ice Killa

For things to escalate to an all out war, that was obvious as soon as people could have gazed their eyes upon the new CTRL alliance and Macedonia countering it. What came as a shock was the defiant attitude towards a group of superpowers from the Balkan superpower, thus meaning they pretty much negated the power of their enemies and are now freely roaming across USA - at least that may be the case in the near future if few more battles turn out victorious for Macedonians. Hearing rumours about American displeasement - it becomes obvious how the newly born alliance is in huge problems. And may as well soon be a newly dead alliance. USA is for starters very known for changing sides the very moment things aren't in her interest - this being one of those times. Homeland being invaded, resources being lost, losing on all fronts. Things aren't really looking bright. But who knows, Scymenians might as well face severe problems when they are faced with all the resistance wars at the same time. After all having 6 resistance wars is not an easy thing to deal with. Sooner or later you will experience a moment of weakness and once a region is lost, everything will follow the domino effect. One does have to be aware of that.

Clash of the powers leaves a country shattered and down on her knees
Once so mighty, the power in the west. Nowadays just a country with searing wounds on her top - indicating about the Macedonian regions on her east coast. It's a sad sight for everyone believing that Americans, thinking they are the strongest, would be able to completely negate the power of CoT alliance. The exact opposite happened, as I have mentioned already. We have to in some way look at this thing more profoundly, what was the reason for American weakness and how was Macedonia - even with such overextending - able to counter all the threats. As to a naked eye it seems simply incredible. For starters one of the reasons might as well be USA has been left to wander alone in the territory filled with hungry wolves, her actions in the past have haunted her up to this moment. Betraying former EDEN allies, siding with very questionable allies whose main focus are interests and keeping the full houses of resources. So by taking this into consideration, the effects are obvious. Being a bitch to everyone causes everyone to be a bitch at you. Not even considering the unreliable allies starting with Poland.

Macedonians and in some way Bolgarians - the ones who have assisted the first the most - have a certain thing Americans might be missing. They fight for a common cause, while their enemies are the exact opposite. Looking at it generally, the Macedonian victory, even if we consider the damage deficit opposed to USA, isn't such a surprise after all. Having no enemies and fighting on your own was always a recipe for a disaster. And the disaster has just struck Americans. They got what they were looking for with their cockiness. You could as well paraphrase this as two turkeys fighting for dominance and one of them will sooner or later fall to the ground leaving the other victorious.

Poland - oh, what a great ally to have at hand!
Fighting so valiantly for your ally, spending millions of damage for him and at the end turning the tide of the war in your favour. And then you realize it was all just a dream. You wake up, see how Poland's incompetence has again proven to be true. There's no higher cause to Poles aligning to Americans, just for the sake of Poland to preserve the dominance over half of the Europe and keeping out of the Balkan conflicts, while on the other hand having stable allies in her proximity. But that was the plan. What came out of that was a complete debacle.

Who do you fight for, Poland? As if you were honest and stated you fight for yourself, you would have lost all friendly ties. As if you were honest and stopped dragging Slovenia into CTRL with those kind words and gestures. Let actions speak, never before has that happened. I suppose it's hard to expect anything else from Loland.

To sum it up, USA's defeat is far from being shocking. It's just a proof that history will haunt you in every way you take it. If you have left your allies in most dire moments, you won't be able to expect their help when you will most need it. After all aligning yourself to very unproven allies won't help either, as you can't be really sure if they will fight for you or not. But that's what certainty of your greatness brings. Many many failures on the long term - some successes on the short term. In general just failures though.

Congratulations to Macedonia for doing the impossible, beating USA and managing to repel all the resistance wars. Congratulations to USA for losing to a country that they deemed as a joke. Congratulations to Poland for proving its worth.
