An odd dilly of a pickle

So here is an odd one for you.

As some of you may know I have been elected as speaker of the eCan forums.
This was and is a very proud moment for me. It allows me to complete a role I have not been able to yet.

As some parties have seen I have come to your feeds asking for you to come give the forums another try and to see how much it has changed.

Well... Seems not everyone is a fan of the forums and they have shown a very serious flaw in something we are trying to move eCan to.

It looks like someone breached security and changed my password on me.
Not only that. But they also made it so that I cannot request a new password.

This is a new thing as I just changed my password last week to one I could easily remember.

So here is the question.. Why?

I checked the admin logs and there is no record of anyone changing your password. Also, the request new password setting hasn't changed since I created the forum.

One word. All lowercase. You may have to sacrifice a goat when entering the new password. Ancient spirits and all that.

I came here expecting to see some Coalition mudslinging against a certain CP candidate. Oinyo, you disappoint me, and probably also the Coalition who elected you Speaker.

I'll help clear it up for you. The Coalition charter requires them to select and nominate their own players for Speaker and Deputy.

They nominated (I believe) and voted for Oinyo.

Maybe at the end of the day he isn't as CPF as he'd like people think.

Don't try to find something that is not there. I am CPF and have been putting my everything into the party.

I am working very hard to excel and succeed in my role. Just the fact this article has been made shows there are forces against allowing me the chance to do my elected job.

Personally that upsets me to no end.. How can ANYONE respect and use a forums that pulls things like this off.

I nominated Oinyo. I don't know him very well. Actually, I thought his name was Onions. Either way, I was looking into my cereal bowl one day and Oinyo appeared (actually it was more like OooOo because it was Cherrios) and I knew what I had to do. I took to the forums like a junky to crack and typed his name. Every since then I get $5 every day. I have to pick it up myself from these people that ring bells and store money in balls at the mall. They like to wrestle a bit before I get paid, but it's all in good fun. I'd absolutely nominate Onions again.

My forum account is fine, not that I really need it at the moment. :/

I hope it's some glitch, the last thing we need is someone being an assbag. I can live with people being jerks and calling names but to mess with anyone's communication, in the game or forum is just wrong.

I have reviewed the admin logs, which can't be deleted or changed, and there is no sign of foul play. I would say that you have probably entered your password incorrectly.

I have reset your password and pm'd you the new one. I have also changed the password settings to allow for recovery. The default setting, which has not changed since the forum was created, is to not allow it.
