Leo Syahmessi, a name everyone is familiar with in eMalaysian world. Born on 29 May 2010 (eRep year), he turned to a dead citizen for two years (due to no guidance) before reviving and back active in the development eMalaysia until today. Now Leo Syahmessi was instrumental in eMalaysian politics with the highest achievement of being the Minister of Internal Affairs Division January 13. Today he holds a new port folio as the Deputy Minister of Defense, third time Congress member and played a significant role in the political vicissitudes of eMalaysia.

Coming up is an interview with Leo Syahmessi, as he went deep into the complex political game of eMalaysia ..

eMT: Hello there, how are you doing sir? First of all I’d like to congratulate your appointment as eMalaysia cabinet member recently.

LEO: lol. I’ve been a cabinet member since last month. Actually I was demoted. Last month as a minister, this month a deputy minister, huhu

eMT: Yes. Thank you for your acceptance on our invitation for the interview. Can we start asking questions now?

LEO: Ask away, I’ve no problem answering any questions..as much as i can 😉...

eMT: Okay then, let’s start. Currently what is left with eMalaysia is Sarawak region only. Reason being is that we've rented PM to eThai. A few weeks ago a groundbreaking event takes place when eThai took over Sarawak and wipes us causing a lot of eMalaysian to panic. Can you explain why this happens?

LEO: haha, yes. Of course we panicked when eThai take over Sarawak because in our agreement it only mentioned that they only want to rent PM. But because they have more MPP then us and there are many BH hunters who made a mess during the battle in Sarawak, unfortunately Sarawak had fallen into the hands of them even though eThai government was trying their best to tell their citizens and their allies to fight on behalf of eMalaysia. After that, they began to deliver their promises and release Sarawak back to us. Actually this thing would never happen if we have enough people and resources. So, do promote your friends or anyone you can to join eRep so that we have a lot of people and can fight with other countries. 😃

eMT: Does it mean by strength we’d lose to eThai?

LEO: Yup. Indeed, if war is waged, we’re going to lose because eThai is like a brother to eSerbia. eSerbia as we all know is one of the major powers in eRep. So, we can’t do anything. If we do fight, we are definitely going to lose. eMalaysia would probably disappear from the map, and can’t even have an Election congress. What’s left is CP alone in an official government, which I believe is worse thing to happen. So, now we still have one region, at least we can still form the government, and according to the agreement, we will have two regions for congress later.

eMT: Can we say that the population is still a big problem for eMalaysia?

LEO: Yup, population is our problem. Not in here only, it’s the same in RL also. When the population is small, the country will have small income, and when the economy is inactive, the country can’t collect much tax. So, we can’t sign any MPP with other countries. Then if there is war, it’s difficult for the country to provide supplies because we don’t have enough money to do so. Citizen had to use their own money to buy food and weapon. When all their money is already spent, they going to get bored, and died just like that which will drop the population some more. Small population causes a lot of disadvantages and negative effects. That's why we need people.

eMT: But lately I heard that eMalaysian population is increasing rapidly. Can you comment about this phenomenon?

LEO: Yup, lately eMalaysian population is increasing, sharply. By end of Dec’ 12, we have 348 people only. But early this month, the number of citizen increased to 584 people! That is almost 100%!! First I and other MoI team thought they we’re all multies. So, we stayed alert, looking for PTO possibility. But when I checked, there are a few accounts with Malay name. I even try to message the people, and surprisingly they replied! The most important, in mixed BM, short form! Means it is RL Malaysian people. Then, fortunately during that time Amli was just appointed by eRep admin as mentors. So, me and Amli rushed to detect all this new birth accounts, message them one by one to confirm whether it is RL Malaysian people or not. We managed to trace a lot of people, but if we did this earlier, i think we'd be getting a bigger number. But what to do, it’s already too late when we realized it. Many of them were already dead because they have no guide. But at least, many of them can still be saved. I really that hope these people can stay active and survive with our guide and tutor. As Malaysia is in need for more people, and I mean Malaysian RL.

eMT: So do you think with a high population eMalaysia will develop quickly after this?

LEO: Yup, of course. With a high population, the economy will become more vibrant, we’re going to have a lot of customer, and also more suppliers. And they also will certainly find a job. So, this will bring benefits to the government in getting more money through the taxes that applies.



This thing is quite simple actually. High population means a lot of money. When we have a lot of money, various kinds of activities can be done to improve our economy. Examples like today, the government already have a way to get money and are accumulating wealth. So, we launched a welfare program (food & weapon) to people regardless of their level. Why? Because we can afford it. Before this, there is no such program like this except the old days. Before this we could not afford to MPP with other countries. We had to ration money, and donate our own money to support the government, had to organize strategies for MPP with whom. And there is once when we have to ask money from a country to MPP with them. Turns out they have to support CC for us. How poor we are at that time. Poor on money and poor on population.

High populations also can prevent PTOers attacked because we are able to control the election, the candidates and votes. But we need a Malaysian RL only. If you want to add population by adding outsiders to get citizenship in Malaysia, it will only invite more PTOers and the situation will be more chaotic.

Many populations also make us stronger when fighting. Enemy even thinks twice before they want to. You can also conquer other countries. But we still lack the in division 3 & 4. Many divisions 1 & 2 are still young.

eMT: Interesting to hear that eMalaysia strength is increased up now. You have mentioned earlier about PTO. Can you elaborate a bit?

LEO: Well not increased much actually. Since many are still newbie and still in division 1 and 2. We are still not safe from PTO attack. PTO is the biggest problem eMalaysia even since the old days. You can see the last PP Election that day, a large number PTO multies has invaded, conquered and almost won the Election. But the attack had been defeated by the government's fast action in reporting to the administration about multies causing them to get permanent banned from the admins. Serves them right! haha ..

Well PTO problem also related closely to population, because we don’t have enough Malaysian RL to counter this PTO attack. Each country have its PTOer, just depends on the population. Countries with small population such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, South Africa, including our neighbors like Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, is all under the PTOer authority. This is because they don’t have enough RL, hence not able to ATO the PTO. With enough population, there will be no such problem like Indo, Brazil, Bulgaria, Poland etc.

eMT: It turns out this PTO bring big problems to us. I can also see other eMalaysian senior highlighting this same issue over and over again. As a citizen of eMalaysia what do you think that everyone should remember and do to make sure that the PTO did not happen?

LEO: as a citizen eMalaysia, everybody needs to be actively engage in the political arena, and begin to communicate with each other.

eMT: Can you explain why it is necessary to involve themselves in politics?

LEO: So that we have more congress members who can block the entry of PTO from the outside. We will also begin to communicate with each other when we are involved in politics because as a politician, we must know all current issue. Here, the role of media is also important in spreading the agenda as well as the latest news so that people know the current development. Example, if there is PTO; the news can be spread through media.

Additionally, citizens should play a role in ensuring that the PTO does not happen. If there is any suspicion of multiple accounts or PTO, citizens need to report to the MoI for investigation. Beware of the strange names; be diligent to ask newborn Newbies. If possible, ask the Malay shortform language to detect whether it’s a multi.



During Election time, do ask the government representatives about the valid candidates for voting (necessarily ATO candidates). If you wish to be a candidate, ask the representative of our party or government representatives first. Once approved, write an article to declare yourself as a candidate so that people know that you’re an ATO candidate, not a PTO. If you already have 2-3 candidates, avoid from contesting that to prevent a split vote. Examples like last night Election, a lot of Candidate in every party including the PTO. As the results, the people don’t know to vote which one. So, the vote was split between the candidates. This makes it hard for the ATO candidates to win while for PTO candidate; is a profit.

eMT: Well seems like the interview had gone quite long already. Any final word you’d like to tell fellow eMalaysian citizens?

LEO: Final words? Hm, I hope eMalaysia citizen can remain active in eRep to ensure that eMalaysia continues to thrive and united in detecting any PTOer attempts. Be diligent and communicate with others and, if possible, immerse yourself in the IRC. That's all.
