Join the new world

This is my official presentation and composition declaring my intent to run for congress.

While I feel my election to the position is a long-shot, that's still not a reason to give up and go home. With your support I hope to find myself able to represent our party and advocate a positive direction for our country. If you haven't seen my article on grievances, you aren't aware that I'm here every day just trying to make a name for myself, and attempting to wrap my head around the changes sweeping the site.

There are fundamental ways the game works that I can't change, but earning a seat on the congress of eIreland would be a wholly spectacular achievement for you and me. I was once a new player, confused and overwhelmed with the wall of a learning curve before me. Thankfully I had someone to help me up over it, and here I am with five consecutive hard worker medals and a respectable number of battles under my belt.

I've travelled the world to see what other English-speaking countries were up to. The USA, where I began my life, angered me with it's political agenda and overreaching wars. They conquered nations that should have been left alone, and there was a slim chance I would ever be able to have my voice heard over there. Australia had very little going on, but the best thing about that country was how involved I felt with my employer. He made it a point to reach out to his employees and even offered incentive for those who worked the hardest over the past week. There was a real connection between him and his employees, if I'm elected I want to bring that here. I want to chronicle my time as a congress member, bridging any gap you may feel between you and the governing body.

With the toil of school no longer a concern, I'm left to delve deeply into eRepublik for the time being. I have the time, intelligence and foresight to make your vote worthwhile. Let's pull together and slingshot someone with potential into congress.
