A Tale of Noob. (2)

My family and I went out for dinner last night to celebrate my older sister's birthday. Was a good time, for once. We went to a Greek restaurant, and my oh my, was it ever good. I started with an order of Saganaki cheese, that they bring to your table, pour some shot of who knows what on it, and light it on fire. Being the foodie that I am, I regret not taking a picture of it. However, I did have an amazing main course, and took a picture. Lamb stuffed with feta cheese topped with phyllo dough, rice mixed with dill, green beans with red peppers and potatoes so good they made me contemplate becoming religious.

Best part of the whole meal? No bacon. Yeah, I went there.



Now that I got that out of the way, how y'all doin? Good? Awesome. After a good review for my first article, "A Tale of Noob."found here if you have never read it, I decided to turn this into a series that I will do from time to time.

I realized something just now. I never formally thanked everyone like I planned on doing after my first paper for the support I received. My apologies for the tardiness. I have thanked many via PM or shout board, but you can have another here as well. THANKS!



That actually brings up a point I would like to address. That being the direction of this paper. I have been asked several times now if I will do a giveaway. In short, no. In long, noo. I don't think that it is necessary for me to do, and I really don't have a lot to give away. Also, I wouldn't do one of those stupid "Vote and Sub for a chance at gold!". I find those to be very attention whorish, and this paper is in no way tied to my ego. I don't feel a need for the 1000 subscriber medal. I will continue writing articles as long as there is an interest and good response from you, the reader, as well as myself. If I find myself bored with it, I will take a break.

Glad we could clear that up.



Now, where did I leave off last? I believe I was still with Rylde's MU, and part of MDP. I know that I wrote I had left MDP in another article, but I will say it again for any new readers. As for Rylde's MU, I was forcibly removed, and I must say, it kind of felt weird. That is when you know you have stayed to the bitter end... or your welcome. As I mentioned in the first edition of this, I would and did return to CoI. Wicked group of people, except maybe one *Quimbie*.

As for our current state, we are still occupied. I never took the Spaniards for mean people. Although, they seem to have an out for us. I did learn a bit of Spanish incase one of them ever decides to talk to me. Tengo un gran gato en mis pantalones is the phrase, and I am sure everyone can operate google translator to figure out what that means.

I keep asking myself "where am I heading?", but I think I am comfortable where I am, for now. I like the new MU, I like the new party and I like getting to smack Spain every now and again for BH and TP medals. I would like our land back, but hey, I am sure Homer has a plan. I will give the big guy a chance before I go into a fit of rage over Canada being Spain.
