A story told by Kravenn

Dear readers,

Today one of our older and more valuable members is telling a story. His story is about how he got involved in the Unity Party.

Here we go

A year ago (December 5, 2009), I left UNL (union between Belgium and Netherlands) to join eUK. At this moment, I needed changes and I decided to join the most beautiful city in erepublik : London.

Just arrived, the disgusting PP of the right wing party (Winston L.S Churchill aka Ajay Bruno) contacted me to join his party but his populism and his radical proposals had no interests for me.
I am more a left-winger than a right one, I contacted TUP PP who was at that time, Stefan1992. We talked and I was seduced to join TUP and I asked to have access to the private par on the UK forum.

Quickly, I discovered a true family with mutual aid between members. There was old members like Iain Keers, Mr Woldy or Stefan1992 and more “youngers” like Dan Moir, Pensive or Asher di Immortales. My welcome in the party was better than I can imagine.

During December 2009, UNL was complete, a Romanian paramilitary group (called The Group) “liberated” Flanders and Brussels and Martial law was their only rule. This Belgium was a puppet and it was decided to liberate Belgians. Mr Woldy was CP at that time, it was his 3rd term in a row. After few attempts, Flanders and Brussels were free and Romanians returned to their home.

Like each month, there is Congress Elections. Maybe you don’t know it but I am RL Belgian. I was interested to be candidate at Brussels (who was an UK region) and TUP nominates me to be their official candidate.

This election wasn’t a great success for my new party. Our opponents made a better score than us but at the last minute of the day. Iain Keers asked “Who needs a vote and where?”. I answered “Me at Brussels”. Iain moved to Brussels and voted for me. At daychange, I was elected. TUP gave me a chance like we give chance to young and/or new players.
On X-mas day, TUP gave me the most beautiful gift than I can imagine during my e-life. The party does its best to elect me, the Belgian (for whom English is not his first language) to represent Brussels’ citizens to the House of Commons.

TUP offered me a magical moment on this day. I will be grateful to the party for the rest of my e-life. A year ago, I lived a moment like this and maybe you will be the next one to experience a the same thing.
So, I have a tip to every citizen who hesitate to join TUP : Don’t be afraid, do it, and you will never regret it
