[PN] Interview with... Paulus G

Day 2,761, 14:01 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Pannonian Nomad

Hi everyone.

I continue with interviewing hairy creatures, after a wookie I interview a bear and this bear is called Paulus G.

1. Tell us a few words about your real life self.

- The RL me, well I am positively ancient compared to most of the players in the game, my son got me into playing years ago and for some strange reason I am still here. In RL I own my own business running a successful specialist tobacconist and whisky shop, so hence often hard for me to get on much in the day.

2. About eRepublik Paulus G.

- I originally started playing for the economic module of the game, but that has long ago been destroyed by admins. Changed direction and pursued the military module instead, and apart from a short time in the US have always remained in the UK.

3. How do you see your future in eRepublik? (Any CP ambitions?)

- I can not see myself ever moving from the UK now, except for short moves to fight for democracy, as I am very anti this new dictator rubbish.

I did try for a time getting into the political side of the game, but 4 terms in congress and a couple as MoF soon killed that idea off, so back to fighting for my beloved Country now. Happy having nothing to do with running the Country, can't be doing with all the slanging each other off that happens there.

4. eUK's future, eRepublik's future?

- The shame is the game seems to be loosing ground with many great players giving it up, not helped by admins trying every wheeze to screw more money out of the players. They should be doing more to get new blood into the game rather than trying to fleece the few remaining players.

5. Who is your favourite person in eRepublik and why?

- There are many people who I hold in great respect for various reasons, to many to list but if I had to name a couple it would have to be Huey George, a true gentleman, who does not chase personal glory, and will give so much to help the younger players, even if it means going without himself.

The other would have to be our number 1, FragUK, he just gets on with the job in hand, killing our enemies without making a song and dance about it. Never hear him demanding how the government should do things

6. Any person you dislike and why?

- The only people I dislike are the robbing gits who either become CP or of late Dictator and then help themselves to money from the Country coffers, claiming they are doing it to stop others. This just spoils the game for others leading to more quitting. I don't need to name them we all know who they are.

7. A few words about your military unit.

- As a long standing member of the Free British Irregulars MU I have always found it to be a great unit, with everyone trying to help each other out.

8. A few words about your political party. (Why should people join your party?)

- Workers Rights Party, which I would recommend to anyone looking to join a Political Party. One of the top 5 parties it embraces new players and actively encourages them to get involved in the political module, giving many an inspiring player his/her first shot at running for Congress.

9. Do you lift?

- Sorry mate, I am an old git, so what is Lift for us old twats........lol

10. Your message to the community.

- I will finish by stating if any new player wants help or advice, they are always welcome to drop me a line, and I will try my best to be of help to them.

Thank you Paulus G for your answers o7
