[WTP Congressman] Counting US shekels

Day 2,374, 12:01 Published in USA USA by The Mike

Hi folks,

there is usually one reason I'm publishing an article, and it is WTP's congressional primaries. Prior to each political elections We The People party holds off-site elections, where the vote of the People determines the order of the people on the ballot.

Before moving on to the future, I'll talk about this past month in congress though. In the past 3-4 months congress has been way more active than anticipated. This is good; and bad. First we had problems with some congressmen violating IES rules. We dealt with it, although some people didn't like it. They had broken the law tho, so their voice didn't weigh much 😃 Then under Cromstar's speakership, we tidied up our house; he is a great congressman! And this month it is the Work Tax in question.

The media saw some activity because of this, which is why I labelled it as good above. The bad part is that people are using the high work tax as a propaganda. With the current article, I'll review the eUSA's profile and show you how unique we are from other countries. I read very disturbing things, which I shall address
today!

- It is very important to mention that eUS' money is being held by the congress. The executive does not have direct access to the federal reserve. Please, remember this. I am yet to learn about another country's executive not being in the possession of its country's national accounts.

- We have 20 MPPs. The average for the New World lies at ~15. This directly accounts for >10% of the treasury income.

- We are one of the few remaining countries with national militia. No matter what people think about the USAF, there are only a few left armies that are fully funded by a country's tax income. Practically, all countries who have given up on their national militaries have considerably dropped in both performance, status and unity.

- Second, the USAF has no restrictions on who shall join it. Which means that any US citizen is welcome to make use of the country's biggest cost factor. The only condition is to fight according to NSC set orders, but as we all fight for Uncle Sam's interest, I am to doubt this would be an issue 🙂 🙂 🙂

- We used to have a budget line item called "Congressional Welfare Organizations". Operation Retread's pilot program was labelled as successful and I would gladly back this up as I (as a at the time commander in the Ultramarines branch of the USAF) was one of the invited observers and advisers to the program director Molly Emma. The total expenditures were 480k USD over the course of 2.5 months and ten soldiers had the opportunity to maximise their training grounds to training with 90 strength a day and getting the first 90% training contract for free too. And again, not many other countries can praise themselves with such generous programs.

- On top of that, we have the great DoE and DoI. In the past several months they have come to shine and receive international recognition as well!

- We are a second-tier country. We have admitted that to ourselves and we can live with it. But we are one of the best second-tier countries in the eWorld. We are always there for our allies when they need us, and we keep our population happy (the war with Canada).

The 10% tax is the price for living in a country, the administration of which looks after its people. I for one find it worthy enough.

You may ask why?
- I haven't been Secretary of Treasury, but I also have managed to build almost a hundred rubber plantations (building two per week atm) without having bought gold in order to achieve this goal.
- I pay almost 1 gold a day in taxes and I do not complain. In return, I'm getting up to 45 tanks a day from the USAF (which is quite the bargain 😛)
- I am a firm believer that the eUSA is getting way more than simply damage from the USAF. The Army's social role is often undermined and underestimated. It should be praised more.
- I won't buy someone's selfish NIMBY talking.
- It is proven that even one additional weapon bonus (we have two - one in France, and one in Canada; on top of the two in our original territories) equals the increase of the tax with 12.69%. So, whether we had 3 boni and 22.69% work tax, or 4 boni and 10% work tax, it wouldn't matter in terms of tax income.

Yes, maybe, we could live with spending less. But then, I wouldn't mind the money going into the federal reserve. After all the target of 10 Mio. USD was set in September. Subjectively. Since September our enemies have grown stronger. Campaigns total higher average damage. The increase of strength per day is the main driver in the increase of average influence. Our enemies total 5,000 fighters (egov4you, 2014) and each day increase their strength; and thus their hit with a q7 weapon. If we assume that their military rank is GoW; and each soldier deals 200 hits per day on average (we also assume that each soldier trains with 90 strength a day; as we need to prepare for the more challenging scenario), we can come to the conclusion that our enemies daily increase their daily damage output with 90m. This equals our weekly damage output. And I don't claim my numbers are especially correct.

The conclusion is that our enemies grow stronger with a bigger pace than we do. And we should somehow account for this disadvantage. Constantly increasing the federal reserve is, in my opinion, the right way to go. I will finish up with one last example: in August and September we spent a considerable amount of money to get rid of Serbia, Hungary, Poland and a few others puppets of theirs, which shall remain nameless, from our territories. 9 months later we use the same amount of cash to deny Canada a congress. Canada accounts for 70 times less damage output than the countries that conquered us last summer. Does that mean that, 9 months later, we now need 70 times more cash for military spending?

Whatever the answer to that last question is, I really don't think it really matters, if the work tax was 6,7,8,9 or 10%. Honestly, if it will be more than 1-2%, it better be at 10%. At this rate at least the country is profiting 🙂

And Country > Party/MU > Self.
