1 Year of Erepublik! : D

Hello everybody! Five days ago, on 14th of December, my first year in erepublik ended. I made a lot of good things this looong time, earned a lot of achievements, but there are a lot of things left to do. I will try to review my e-life in a few words,so every person who reads my newspaper would know how i got here, why i kept playing this game for so long, and what i’m planning to do this year 😃


I’ll begin with my mediatic career, where i had the biggest “score”, but where I spent most of my time in erepublik too.
I started writing in my newspaper after just 2 or 3 weeks of erepublik, but I didn’t cut the mustard from the begining. As a matter of fact, I was a nameless writer in the first 6 months, with only one article that went beyond 100 votes barrier and just about two hundred subscribers. In my opinion, I wrote interesting articles, like this or this one(only for romanian subscribers) but it wasn’t enough. Only when i started publishing in English my luck changed.I started publishing interviews with famous people(just like everyone did at that time) but my first TOP 5 article in my country was this one. I wrote stats as well,but only for a short period in V2(my favourite military module btw).After v1.5(or how it’s called) came,I started writing battle front news, just as I did at the begining of my journalist career. Only this time i got hundreds of votes, not tens. 🙂 About a week ago i earned my first Media Mogul medal, after a year of hard writing 😁 Many times i thought about quiting this ‘’job’’, especially at the begining of my e-life because i thought i will never get 1000 subscribers... But somehow i did it, and i have to say without any bought subs like most players do nowadays. In the end,i have to say i didn’t write only in my newspaper, but for EDEN as well 😃



Political career

Just as in my media career, I wasn’t very successful at the begining as a politician. The fact that I didn’t buy votes or send hundreds of annoying PMs drew me back... But things changed. I don’t know why, maybe because of my newspaper, or beacuse I was very active in my party. Anyways,the fact is, I finally got into the congress in the biggest Romanian region, Muntenia and then I was even elected as a PP in one of the biggest parties in Romania, The Matza Party. I even worked for Romanian government, as Media Ministrt, selected the best articles every day and put them in one single article 😃



Military Career
There’s not much to say here. I just want to say I am a member of the best military unit in eRomania(if not in the e-world): Soimii Patriei(Homeland Falcons). You can read more about them here: We few, We happy few, We band of brothers!

I think that’s enough about my ‘’careers’’. Besides winning all those medals and achivements, I won one much important thing: friends 🙂
The one thing that keeps me in the game.
Fireshard, Armin_the_brilliant(Boggy 😃), Knez1911, BAS 😃, DoctorG, Pintea*Haiducul, xanthia22, romansul and many other friends from my party and my military unit. Without them i would have been dead long ago 😁
And the final question, what am I going to do next?Honestly, I’m not really sure. I’ll probably keep writing in my newspaper, hoping for a second MM(the race never stops, just like Fremenul said) and keep making friends 🙂
