[EDEN]Summary of the Rising period

It’s been a while since the new version of the game, Rising was mounted, and we decided it’s time for a short outline of this stage. There were hard times for all of us, maybe the hardest of all. Some of us left the game, due to the bugs or the impossibility to accommodate the new modules. But some of us stayed and kept fighting for our current common cause: freeing our dear allies, Croatia and Bosnia & Herzegovina under the serbian/bulgarian occupation. We thank you, brave EDEN soldiers, for you never gave up, not even when all odds were against us! Due to your beautiful efforts these 2 fellow countries are free once again. Our goal was achieved!

Now, let’s go back a couple of months ago, when Rising had just been launched and things weren’t looking that good for EDEN. Our best ally, Croatia,was wiped off the map and Serbia was probably at her peak, with not less than 15 regions, in 5 countries. This screenshot is meant to justify my words:



These were really Dark Times.
Fortunately, we managed to brighten our situation soon.
Let’s remember how we’ve done it.

In the days that followed, Croatia began to slowly recover her lands.
On July 24th, they were already back on the map, with 2 territories taken back from Slovenia:Lika and Gorski Kotar and Istria and Kvarner.

At the same time, EDEN fought in the Western Front, against the russians, who were trying to take some important regions from USA,regions that temporarily belonged to Poland. In the end, Poland managed to chase away the russians, back to their original territories.

These numerous wars were followed by a more quiet period, interrupted only by some battles between Spain and Brazil in Central America.Of course it was only the hush before the storm...On the 4th of August more than 15 battles were opened, including Central Croatia, Southeast of Mexico and Rhone Alps. The result? Croatia gained two more regions back, France claimed back Rhone Alps from her “ally”, Hungary and Spain lost an important number of regions in Central America to Mexico.

In the following days, two more important regions were attacke😛 Liaoning and Podolia. Unfortunately, Phoenix won both battles and Hungary won a new high iron region in a tough battle against Romania, who held up alone until extra time against 15 MPPs-almost whole Phoenix.

After that, Canada began a surprisingly good campaign against UK and managed to conquer a part of the island, making use of their time zone advantage. Scotland, East of England, East Midlands, North East of England were all conquered in turn and without the help of France, UK would have been wiped off the map for sure. Next, it was USA’s turn to have some fun 🙂 Of course, their “best friends” in RL, Russia was the target. With a well-handled plan and much help from their allies, americans managed to conquer 3 high regions from Russia. These 3 regions still belong to EDEN, after a month since they were captured.


The last 2 major battles took place on the European Front and they were all a huge success.Finally, Croatia was whole again and Bosnia got rid of the Bulgarian occupation!
